Coffee place with no coffee… Went here on a Friday afternoon (2:30 pm) to get a cup of coffee. I ordered my coffee and was told the coffee in the carafe was from this morning and wasn’t good. Confused and hoping they’d offer to make a fresh pot, I was again told they don’t have coffee but they’d make me an americano. I conceded and ordered the americano. The americano cost me $7.00!!! I partially think this was a way to upsell me. They could have offered to charge me the coffee price at least.

First time in…. I just discovered this place. Great service and a well crafted latte. I love that they have so much space. It’s very open. Since it was just a few days before Christmas, they had a Peppermint Bark Latte on the menu…I had to try it. Merry Christmas in a cup!

Recently moved to Morristown and have been scouring the town to find my go to comfort spot for a good latte. After trying many spots, I came into Ethan & the bean on my 4th stop. Finally found a spot that the flavoring didn't seem artificial and the coffee shop had enough seating and quiet atmosphere in case I wanted to get some work done as well. Will be coming back many more times! Staff is very friendly as well!

Absolutely LOVE this place! It has a great mix of small local coffee shop atmosphere but also high quality! The croissants are DELICIOUS and perfect every time. My go to is the cold brew and its a great balance of acidity and coffee notes! This place also has great syrup selection with crazy seasonal offerings that are different than mainstream shops (mostly :P)
Now the staff are the BEST PART! They're so friendly and kind. I love coming here and am so happy im close by!

Ordered an iced latte with no flavor and whole milk. I also ordered a hazelnut croissant. The barista made me an iced hazelnut latte. I realized after my first sip, went back up and requested a new latte. I was charged for the new latte - whatever. But my second latte was made hot when I wanted iced. I also witnessed the barista mess up the milk for the latte of another customer. This coffee shop has great vibes, but the barista is incompetent and not practicing good customer service. I’m disappointed and don’t have the time and energy to keep waiting during rush hour for my latte to be made correctly.
