Ordered an iced latte with no flavor and whole milk. I also ordered a hazelnut croissant. The barista made me an iced hazelnut latte. I realized after my first sip, went back up and requested a new latte. I was charged for the new latte - whatever. But my second latte was made hot when I wanted iced. I also witnessed the barista mess up the milk for the latte of another customer. This coffee shop has great vibes, but the barista is incompetent and not practicing good customer service. Iām disappointed and donāt have the time and energy to keep waiting during rush hour for my latte to be made correctly.

This coffee shop has a very high-end vibe. It's very spacious and has plenty of sitting space. I would give full marks for the ambiance, but if we talk about the coffee, then I would say my lÄtte was not what I expect from an exceptional lÄtte. It was good but lacked the depth of coffee flavor.
It has big open space. Wide selection of coffee flavor. I got pistacio latte. Its very good. We try to put at least one on the communty puzzle but fail. Great mission.

Their coffee is great! Much better than Starbucks or Dunkin. My favorite is the iced flat white. They have self-serve agave syrup which is awesome, so you can control the sweetness.
It's a teaching business for those with developmental disabilities so it does take a bit to get your order. You do have to be patient.

I have taken multiple trips to Ethan and the Bean in Morristown and have always had excellent service and product. Especially today my coworker and I were served by a very friendly woman, we did not catch her name but it was her third day on the job. We loved her can do attitude and confidence wanting to try making new drinks. She was attentive, kind, and made an AWESOME latte. We told her on the spot but also wanted to acknowledge her in a review.
