Solid spot. Lots of options. Sorta like the chipotle of Mediterranean grub. Nothing special. Although super tasty, they gave me a measly 3 pieces of tiny falafel on my pita. Felt like i paid $14 for a piece of bread, and some vegetables with sauce.

Our first time in for lunch and we were extremely impressed with the complex flavors of the food. Everything we had was superior and definitely will be stopping again. The only thing of little note is the wait time was slightly longer than expected but that was due to what looked like short staffing but definitely not enough to truly complain. Eat with confidence a truly great shop!

Vegetarian options: This pita was awesome the vegetables were very fresh and crisp with just enough spice to make meal great; also wide variety of humus choices. Was at Jazz Festival and this meal topped the day.The staff are so friendly, place is very clean and entire atmosphere is delightful.

I really like the food here even it is on the pricey side. Unfortunately, I noticed some hygene issues last couple of times. I saw huge flies wondering around. And the last time I was there, a lady behind the counter kept retching. All the customers just left the place as she kept doing it.

Wish I could comment on the food but I didn't have a chance to eat there. I feel bad for the owner. I walked in Prime Time lunch time and stood there for 5 minutes completely ignored by 2 employees. There was only one other person in the place. A simple "I'll be right with you" I mean seriously this is customer service 101 apparently refilling the ice was more important

I’m not usually salad person but I thoroughly enjoyed this. The portions are generous and all the different ingredients go so well together. The servers were very friendly. I would definitely come here again.

I ordered online and arrived 50 minutes later, expecting my order to be ready. However, the staff member informed me, quite rudely, that their machine was down. She then insisted I write down every single ingredient of my order on a notepad. I found this frustrating as the whole point of ordering online was to save time. Despite her claim that they were busy, I couldn't understand how that was possible with the Clover machine down and only a few customers in the store. Tried calling to dispute but obviously phone is down.
