I am not the person to write this review I don't like any type of seafood, that said the non seafood offerings were great. The chicken bao was flavorful and hit the spot. I would be interested in trying their chicken teriyaki another day. The bowls looked large and the diners with me said they were good.

Iām honestly very disappointed to be writing thisā¦ we have been pretty frequent customers of the Westfield location since 2023. The Inspiration Roll Location in Westfield recently closed, so we gave the Morristown location a chance. The Braised Pork was dry and didnāt taste right at all, it was colorlessā¦ we thought it was going to be as good as the Westfield location but truly we just felt like we wasted time and as harshly as it may sound.. wasted money for lower quality. The JK Rowling fries, all we could taste was the Kimchi, and nothing elseā¦ the ingredients in the bowls we got didnāt taste right at all either. After this experience we would rather go somewhere elseā¦

Reviewing the tonkatsu ONLY ---- Ordered takeout tonkatsu ramen for lunch based on all of the great reviews. The service, portion size, and atmosphere were all relatively good however.... I hate to say it, the soup was terrible. Very little pork flavor at all in the broth and the fat was not properly emulsified. The noodles were of decent quality but the pork belly had not been cooked for long enough. The pork was stringy and not tender, with a strange cloyingly sweet aftertaste. It seems like the ramen recipe prioritizing looking and sounding pretty, rather than the broth itself.

We were in town for my son's hockey game and needed something to eat. We chose the Poke Bowls, and they were delicious. The service was great, the person who took our order was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. We would eat here often if we lived here. 10/10 would recommend!

This place has probably one of the best ramen broth around, and the poke bowls are great as well! However, do not appreciate the tipping system on their pay screen as you donāt have the option to not tip and are forced to leave a tip. Expecting āgratuityā for getting take out in person is too much.
