I’m not sure why this place has so many bad reviews…. Customer service? TOP TIER. The energy? AMAZING. I go there almost every weekend and I’ve never left complaining or with a frown. If you are looking for a vibe with your friends, significant other, WHATEVER, please go here, and don’t look elsewhere. BTW, Andrew deserves a raise. I always go to him because the biggest smile appears in his face when greeting a customer. Please miss out on a fun time!!!!

Had a horrible experience. One of the only times I’ve been forced to pay cover as a man outside of a college fraternity. Only after collecting my $10 did the bouncer inform me that the downstairs section was closed. I was also told I couldn’t wear my beanie inside. “No winter hats.” Arbitrary rule that when I calmly asked for an explanation they scoffed at me and refused to tell me any more than “house rules”. Incredibly awkward experience. The drinks were overpriced and severely watered down. If you’re looking for a bar to go to in the area, for the love of God, steer clear of this one.

Heard many good things about the bar and went with two girl friends and it was empty. Prices are okay. Recommended friends/family to the iron bar for them to tell their employees are really homophobic and disrespectful. I was highly disappointed and disgusted about the things I witnessed and heard. It’s 2024 about to 2025 and that behavior and attitude is disgusting. Definitely will not be returning and will be letting people know about it.

This place is a complete rip-off. They dilute their liquor, charge $12 a shot, and leave you questioning if there’s any alcohol in your drink at all. Spent $100 and left completely sober. Disgusting. Buyers beware!

Good place, unfortunately this homeless man who was severely drunk smoking multiple cigarettes attempted to confront me outside of the building. He told me his name was Nolan and kept asking me to buy a Jack and coke for him. He also kept asking me if it was a "blizzard" inside the bar. I am not sure what that means.

I have been coming here for over a year and it was my favorite bar. However an incident took place that will lead me to never come here again. I was enjoying my night with friends when a girl, who I have never met, laid her hands on me and tried to take my personal belongings from my hand. I got her hands off of me once and she laid her hands on me a second time. I defended myself by pushing her away, and then walked away and up to a security guard. I told him what happened and he was very sweet and understanding, and called over another guard. I re-explained my situation to this second guard and told him I would point out the girl who did this. A few minutes later, the second guard was back with the girl who did this to me, and she claimed that the item in my hand that she was trying to take, was hers and that I had stole it from her. Without hesitation, the second guard turned to me and told me to return the item. I refused, as the item was mine (as I explained to both guards previously) and the second guard did not believe me. He told me that both me and the girl need to go upstairs/ outside, and I asked that the first guard I went up to come as well since he was the first one I had spoken to after the incident. The second guard refused, and took ONLY ME upstairs despite saying me and the girl needed to come. I got told I am “welcome back” another time, but for the night I was done and needed to leave. I did not see the girl who put her hands on me first leave. Being a brown woman, I am used to being seen as an aggressive person, but for this to occur at Iron Bar was disgusting. I was treated as a thief and talked to like I was a treat to the well being of the establishment. I will never be returning here again as there is no doubt in my mind that I was the sole one kicked out for my race.

Has the absolute worst experience last night here. Security Management and staff made multiple homophobic remarks to my friend who was wearing a crop top even threatening to kick him out unless he put on a different shirt. The staff was completely unprofessional and caused confrontation. I will not be coming back here and definitely would never recommend this place. I’ve herd so made stories of people with similar stories and now I can attest that they must all be true.

I know some of these reviews are a bit misleading, but I just went there last night for the first time and i am gay. I had the most amazing time at this place. Bouncers were nice, service was great and drinks were good too! The vibes in here were amazing and the music was good too! I will definitely be coming back here again. If you’re hesitating this is your sign to go and have fun!! I had the best birthday ever
