Cash register lady that cuts sandwiches didn't change her left hand glove touched money touched food also there should be a separate area for making sandwiches for people who call in so that people that are standing there don't have to stand there and wait for 20 minutes for people that aren't even there to get their sandwiches made not changing gloves is disgusting and making me wait with 10 people behind me is unacceptable

It’s not often I leave reviews but I left this place today feeling very taken care of by the staff. From start to finish everyone was very nice, patient, friendly, and outgoing. Even through the busy rush staff stayed calm while maintaining amazing customer service. Every jersey mikes location has great food but the service here was top tier. Will be back because of it!

I came in on Super Bowl Sunday for a few sandwiches. It was packed but I got my order very quickly. The team working there is something else. Subs were passed down the assembly line with good coordination and teamwork. Even in this busy day, George had time to ask me about my day and even went the extra mile to label all my sandwiches so I wouldn’t get them mixed up. I was very surprised how attentive the employees are in such a rush. My turkey sandwich was on point and I hope to come back to this location to try a cheese steak

I was there yesterday trying to get lunch. Placed my order and one for my friend. I was very specific about what I wanted and was told no problem. I get my friend’s food and wait for mine. I keep on seeing people that came in after me leave with their food. After I have already waited about 10 minutes, I asked one of the ladies to make sure they used Swiss cheese on my sandwich. She tells me that they are. Then I am told that my food is ready but with white americanThen they proceed to tell me to wait and they will remake it. I told them not to bother, I couldn’t wait any longer.This has happened before but I always want to give another opportunity. Well, never again. Unfortunately they have people working there that can’t read.

The food here is great the. The Staff seems to be the issue. when I was eating my food at this store I hear a couple of the workers say stuff extremely racist and homophobic. This is not ok to be doing in a restaurant.
My first time at the new Jersey Mike's in Morristown, NJ. The folks working there were hardworking and so friendly! The subs were great, except that I did not get bacon on my #8, which should have had it. But it was still a fine sub. My only complaint is the way the space is laid out is an absolute nightmare. No one there was masked but me, so I'm cheek by jowl with people in a COVID world. I was not at all comfortable being in the store as long as I had to be there. It is very small and crowded.The employees are doing amazing work in that teeny space.

Ordered via Doordash as there is no home delivery option where we stay on the app. Order arrived minus a sandwich. We call. Told to call Doordash. Refused, asked that they get the sandwich to us, told they had no delivery service, that's why they use the third party. Checked again after being told we could order delivery from the app, no such service. Ordered sandwich via Doordash. Called back as I'd been told they would reimburse the order. Was then told we can only reimburse through the app where we couldn't get it delivered. Manager talking over everyone. I gave up and hung upThe reordered sandwich arrived. Traditional Italian No4 Ordered. Italian on rosemary and cheese bread arrives, the guy waiting on the sandwich is so hungry by this time he eats it. This store is way too busy to get things right. I kept getting told the line is out the door by the manager. No need to worry. We won't be joining that line any time soon
