Best sushi AND ramen I’ve ever had. Brought all my friends and they agree. HIGHLY recommend you must try amazing service, BYOB and very clean!

No need to go to NYC for ramen! Their broth is slow cooked for around two days for that rich flavor. The cold dishes served in this restaurant are phenomenal! You can find some dishes not easily served in other NJ ramen restaurants. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. For whoever feeling not welcomed, it’s likely cultural differences. These folks work very efficiently and are very impressive

Super fresh food with fast and friendly service. The ramen was delicious and the dumplings were fantastic! Also nice that the place is BYOB. Prices are fair! No reservations are taken but they do their best to seat folks as quickly as possible and if you do have to wait, trust me it’s worth it! I’ll definitely be back!

Had a wonderful meal at Ju-Ichi tonight! We had a party of 9 enjoying a farewell meal. Very busy restaurant. But still managed to maintain service to a good level. For those that ordered sushi - was a longer wait but it was worth it. I had the sushi and sashimi meal and the fish was so delicious and fresh! Cuts were of high quality and well presented. I even had a take out meal of sashimi that was well presented and delicious.
Appetizers were wonderful especially the raw taki wasabi! Remember it’s BYOD to round out your meal!

Our server (Sammie) was AMAZING! She was so kind, friendly and made every dish sound delicious.

Second time coming and food was 10/10. Everything was cooked to perfection and brought out so quickly! We WILL be back!

I've been several times now and the food is always fantastic! It comes quickly, and it's always immaculately prepared. There are dishes here that I can't easily find in other Japanese restaurants, so I love when I'm visiting family in Morristown and they opt for this restaurant.

We got take out, and it was delicious, fresh sushi! The inside was modern and updated. We will definitely go back to eat in for the ramen as well as get the sushi again. It is pricey, but it goes with the high quality of fish.

All I can say is the food was great every dishes came fast and tasty but the service just wasn’t a good impression! Like, when I walked in all of the empty tables and big spaces that they have my waitress manage to sit me next to the other couple. I can understand if it’s packed but it was EMPTY have some common sense girls!
