We have never been to a Just Salad location before. But tried the Shrewsbury, NJ location. Unfortunately our experience was not good. We placed our order online and picked it up 20 minutes later.
The salads are small, not even visible from a side picture. Pictures were taken before we touched them, but i can not attach them on Facebook. They were absolutely not worth the price. Which was $33 for 2 Salads.
The worst part was the missing ingredients.
I got the Honey Crispy Chicken Salad. It was missing the CHICKEN, corn and feta cheese. Also missing were my add-ons I chose of the Greek Medley (onions, peppers and chickpeas) and Tillamook White Cheddar cheese.
My husband made his own salad. As you can see, it was mostly greens. His salad was missing Roasted Sweet Potatoes, sliced Apples and Avocado.
I called the number to be told it was a call center and my choice was to get another order of our exact salads to go back to pick up, or email with pictures for a refund. No way to contact the actual location.
When you have to come home to add things to your salad because the ingredients you paid for were not included, is ridiculous.
I emailed for my refund. Well they offered me a coupon of $20 to expire in 2 weeks, or a refund to our payment method for the missing ingredients. No refund for our purchase as the call center representative stated. I asked for a full refund and got an email back with the $20 coupon. No apologies, no acknowledgement of what I wrote, and no notice that they would contact the location.
Do not give this place your money. I will be giving the coupon to a coworker. I will not return! The salad places down the street in downtown Red Bank or across the street called "Greens and Grains" give better service and salads. Even Panera across the street would be a better option for a salad.

The food is healthy and delicious but the Needham MA location can’t seem to figure out how to handle online orders. Every time I order in advance, when I arrive at the time it should be ready, it’s usually not. After standing around for 10-15 minutes waiting with other angry customers, the order finally comes out. Not fast or a good experience.

The food is good. The only thing is that the restaurant owners should investigate the managers since they are keeping the large orders that people order through the applications. When the Driver arrives to pick up the food from a large order with a good tip, they tell them to cancel it because they had to take the order, arguing that no one came for the order. And those are lies. They do that to send someone special to deliver the order in order to claim the tip for themselves and they only do it with the large orders and then they should also do it with the small orders. It seems to me that they are very dishonest because everyone needs to earn equally and should not take advantage of the positions they have to cheat.

This is a fantastic Just Salad location. The restaurant is super clean. And I was really impressed with the team behind the counter, Isaac, Lupe, and Korina. We usually have trouble getting the right salad when my husband and I order two bowls at the same time but had no problem here. The staff knows their salad ingredients well and made quick work even handling two salads by the same person at one time. Made things very speedy and accurate. We topped off the meal with a PB protein shake made by Isaac that was very flavorful. We drive 30mins to come to this location. It’s so worth it.

Came here from out of town and visited twice during my week long stay. Maria was super kind, helpful and attentive. I loved my salad and the smoothies are complete Nutritional with no added sugar and are made fresh. I love the bamboo straws and biodegradable takeout bowls and forks
Vegetarian options: Mushrooms, buffalo cauliflower, tofu,chickpeas lentils, sweet potatoes and so many more options! My saladcwascso delicious!
I literally don’t have enough good things to say about this place!! It’s been my hidden gem since the day it opened (I live right down the street) and let me tell you the food is always on point. My wife doesn’t eat meat or chicken so she gets either the beyond chicken, or more often than not, the fried tofu. She loves that ish! We both get the spicy chicken Caesar wrap and it is hot fire. And I don’t really want to give away my secret, but the cookies they make, LIFE CHANGING. They may look ‘slightly burnt’ but let me tell you right now I never liked a burnt cookie in my life but now I don’t ever want to eat another chocolate chip cookie ever again in my life other than this ‘slightly burnt’ one from Just Salads.
And that’s legit just the food. The people there are even better. I know I’m forgetting a lot of names so I’m sorry!! But I at LEAST have to shout out Isaac, Karina and Nathly. And literally every single other person that works there. They treat you like family, if you go inside they whip your sandwich up so fast your head will spin, everything’s delicious. Sometimes I hang out in there and just eat the cookies. I really should not have told you guys about these cookies I swear if I go there and there are none left one day I’m going to have such mixed emotions.
You should patronize this place. Regularly. You will NOT regret it.
Oh and that detox cleanse drink they got is fire too, at least for a healthy drink.
WHEN you go there be sure to tell them the “crazy two spicy chicken Caesar wraps, 1 with fake chicken, and a bunch of cookies, but don’t tell my wife” guy sent you!!

Ordered a Backyard BBQ salad, drove to pick it up, drove home only to realize it was missing several ingredients including the cheese and chicken. Drove all the way back and showed them and the woman at the cashier opened the salad and tossed it and then tried to argue back and say the cheese was in there. (It wasn’t.) Is this really happening? I didn’t want to get into it, so I again pointed out well there’s no chicken, which she couldn’t argue. At that point asked for a refund since I didn’t want someone so unsympathetic making my lunch. Zero apology. Very rude about the error.
