The food is healthy and delicious but the Needham MA location can’t seem to figure out how to handle online orders. Every time I order in advance, when I arrive at the time it should be ready, it’s usually not. After standing around for 10-15 minutes waiting with other angry customers, the order finally comes out. Not fast or a good experience.

This is a fantastic Just Salad location. The restaurant is super clean. And I was really impressed with the team behind the counter, Isaac, Lupe, and Korina. We usually have trouble getting the right salad when my husband and I order two bowls at the same time but had no problem here. The staff knows their salad ingredients well and made quick work even handling two salads by the same person at one time. Made things very speedy and accurate.
