Came here celebrating a birthday and it was exceptional. The waitstaff was amazing, so attentive, kind, and courteous. Accommodated us even after being late to our reservation. We did a neighborhood dinner outing at La Campagna and it was a fantastic evening. This very cute little place put up with us for at least two hours (and yes, we tipped appropriately) and we had a blast. I had never eaten here before and was expecting a bigger restaurant, but they sectioned off a perfect spot next to the front window that fit us perfectly. I recommend making a reservation as the seating is tight and the food is excellent-dont miss out! We started out with some appetizers to share - I know we had some salads, calamari, and eggplant rollatini, and I think we had some carpaccio. For our meals there was an across the board mix of entrees ordered. Not a single complaint from our group for the food or the service. We could have easily been 'that' table with 15 hungry people who went through at least 9 bottles of wine and another 6-10 beers (plus some after dinner drinks as well). La Campagna is a BYOB, which is always a bonus with a big group of people who drink because we could have easily doubled the price of our bill if we paid restaurant prices for alcohol. The only tough part about the whole evening was finding parking, but that's the same almost anywhere in Morristown. Great food, great service, great location. I can't wait to go back.

There's so many really good Italian restaurants in Morris county so the competition is tough. La Campagna was good, not great comparatively. Service was good, calamari was very good, but one of my favorite dishes, chicken scarpeliello was just OK. Will come back to try some more dishes.

First time and all I have to say is that the experience was Amazing!! From service to food and ambiance. Benito really knows how to treat the guests and the flavors of Italy are for sure to be found in every bite! The uniqueness flavor of the bruschetta will have you asking for more. The beef carpaccio and that vinaigrette is heavenly divine! The eggplant rollatini will leave you craving for more. I ordered the steak with mash potatoes, the beef was tender, like butter easily to cut, melting in your mouth and not having to be M&M, I did tried the gnocchis and couldn't stop eating. For dessert, yeah! Had to do it! The warm chocolate cake with that scoop of ice cream was a Grand Finale to my Campagna Food Orgasm! Check it out! It's really worth the experience, don't forget to BYOB!!!

I was in between two meals and Ben (the owner) was super helpful. I made my decision for the Lamb Osobucco which was over Saffron Risotto. Delicious! I highly recommend it!

So, my husband and I came to eat here about a month ago and would have given 5 stars. Excellent food - they gave us each a chunk of parm cheese with delicious fried squash. We went again yesterday evening and would have given 3 stars. No parm or fried squash this time, service was very slow. We ordered the same thing both times - sea bass and the filet. Filet was ordered med-rare and came out med-well this time.

If you're looking for a little piece of Italy, La Campagna is the place to go! I grew up in a very Italian family and like to think I know good Italian food.. and this is GOOD Italian food! You can tell everything is made fresh, from the bread to the past to the sauce. The service is wonderful. All the staff was very accommodating. If you're looking for somplece to host a party they also have seating for this. Definitely recommend this cozy Italian restaurant!

Fabulous local Italian restaurant in the heart of Morristown. Locally owned and operated. I have had seveal meals and have loved everything I had. The Flounder is fabulous with light breading, sauted in lemon butter. Just perfect! BYOB.
