I've had nothing but positive experiences at Lolk Cafe. My sister and I come in almost every day to the point where William, who mans the espresso machine, remembers our orders, including the different flavors we prefer. The staff is very chill and always does their best to get orders out efficiently, even when it gets hectic inside, which is often. We only had one occasion where our order was wrong, and we discovered it once we got to our car. We came back, and the staff quickly resolved the issue by giving us our correct order and an "apology/thank you for understanding" cookie, which was deeply appreciated. There was also a time when my meter ran out, and the owner noticed my car was about to get ticketed. He held off the meter maid and alerted me. Thanks to his help, I avoided a fine and left with a tasty caramel latte.
Generally a good experience, and very good coffee, however faced very slow and indifferent service from the woman taking orders around 10am despite few people in the café today. I'll update my rating the next time I visit if I see improvement.

The almond croissant was top tier. They are still working on their pour over and I was able to sample and give feedback. I love the atmosphere and decor and the service was great. Definitely a stand-out coffee shop.
