Ordered the all the steaks..they were cooked to perfection. Dessert was amazing. Sandy made sure to come by to make sure we were having a good experience. One of the cooks from the kitchen (Omar) made the most fantastic branzino!! & the overall ambiance was just stellar. Def worth it! 👌

We went there with another couple and had a great time. The restaurant has a great ambience, attentive, professional & fast servers, great food - split the truffle risotto + wagu beef with a friend. The cocktails were also wonderful.

I was so excited to try this place with my friend but we left rather disappointed. My steak was severely undercooked to what I had asked & instead of providing a new steak they just reheated it. The manager came and offered a new steak when I was already halfway through it so at that point I politely declined. My friend’s steak was overcooked to what she had requested as well.

The broccoli rabe wasn’t great, though the whipped potatoes and wine selection were good, and the atmosphere was nice. The manager kindly offered free dessert, which we appreciated, but overall the experience wasn’t what we thought it would be. Won’t be returning.

Glad to see other reviewers had a better experience than we did though! 😊

Took my wife out for our 14 year anniversary. Food was phenomenal. Service was very good. We ordered the following and all were five star
Apps - Carpaccio and the Octopus (Octopus had chorizo. It was great but I wish it had pancetta instead. Cooked to perfection)

2nd course - Caesar salad ( we spilt it and I’m “gluten light” so I got pine nuts instead of croutons on mine. So good

3rd course - Amatraciano Pasta dish. Perfection

4th and Main Course - Veal Valdastano. Fontina cheese was so great. It had a little hint of truffle on if you like that, you will love it
Wife got the steak. Charred on the outside and medium. What!!!

Definitely recommend. Celebrate and be prepared to spend, but well worth it.

Also, Julie at the bar makes a great old fashion and an even better gin martini!

Great spot went there on a swim on a Sunday. I was actually astonished with their happy hour menu very very inspiring.

Tried Masseria’s this week and found it overhyped and overpriced. I’ve had much better steaks in the area for less. The individual steaks were cooked properly but were disappointingly thin, not even an inch, when I’d expect at least an inch and a half at an upscale place. Our $200 tomahawk for two also came out undercooked. To their credit, the server took it back and had it cooked to the temperature we asked for, and the service overall was excellent.

The appetizers were the highlight. The charcuterie board and octopus were both fantastic, as were the sides. The ambiance was also great, which added to the experience. Still, with a bill of $800 for five people, the value just isn’t there. I wouldn’t return at full price; maybe I’d stop in for a happy hour, but not for dinner again.

We visited Masseria in Morristown just last night, greeted by the host, Bianca, who made sure our family had the perfect table and even checked on our meals after each service. The restaurant is so very beautiful and our server. Olivia, was attentive, skilled and capable while serving the needs of all eight of us. The food was top-notch, creative and delicious and the atmosphere was fine dining at its best. We will return there often.
