This place offered a decent experience. We tried drums of heaven, shrimp green curry, and chicken chili. While the food was generally enjoyable, the green curry lacked the wow factor and was prepared differently than expected. We would have rated this place 4 stars, but due to service issues, we settled on 3. For instance, when one of our friends ordered a Sangria, the server mistook it for a whiskey drink. Additionally, a neighboring family accidentally left their credit card with their child while using the restroom. The servers seemed to expect the child to pay, which made the situation uncomfortable as he wasn't sure what to do.

I am a gujarati and our food is typically sweet, but this food is too sweet for me as well. We go to the Ming in Edison and Morristown often and like the food, but today’s food just did not cut it. Hope this is a one time thing and the next time we are here we enjoy the food. I will give the restaurant a one more try, but if the food is sweet again the next time, I will never go again. Also the baby corn starter was not fried well and not crunchy and just okay.

Last night, a bunch of us enjoyed the delicious veg dishes at Ming - one of the best indo-chinese restaurants in this area!

Coriander soup is always delicious. Ribs are horrible. The whole fish is on point. Fried rice is always good. Overall I really like this place. A few menu items I've learned to stay away from. Honestly I can't get enough of their coriander soup, it's soo good.

Loved the ambience, food and drinks here! Everything we ordered was delicious. Best part of this restaurant is the bar area where we had to wait while our table was getting ready. It is separated from the main dining area and very speakeasy-ish. The spicy chili margarita was too good! And we had leftovers!!

To my surprise, this is the first time coming to Ming in Morristown. I have been to the one in Edison a few times, however this location never shows up on my Yelp search. The ambience is very fine dining, nestled inside the Hyatt area, we were seated right away on a weekend night without a reservation. Right next to Ming is also Mehndi another Indian fine dining restaurant. We ordered Eggplant stuffed with paneer in Hoisin sauce, which came in a sizzler plate, so delicious and the portions were generous. The chilli garlic fried rice I would say was a 3/5, I expected some more flavor punch and spice which it was missing. All in all, enjoyed the experience and glad to have found another pan Asian restaurant in the neighborhood. Will definitely recommend and come back .

Nice atmosphere, good service but mediocre (at best) food. Also, this is the only Asian restaurant I've ever been to in which you need to order and pay for rice separately. If you go here, beware that in small print on the menu it says "for your convenience a 20% tip will be added to your bill". when the bill comes out, it's not itemized so unless you read the fine print, you'd be double tipping.

Worst food ever, ordered the Vegetarian Fried Rice. It was literally rice, onions and some green’s tossed in. No vegetables like broccoli, beans, peppers or carrots. Never had anything like this. Totally shocked at what my takeout had.
