This is the best place ever. If you are ever in the Morristown area you have got to go see Hanna. The pulled pork and Mac n cheese is to die for.
Just about 1 year ago, my daughter celebrated her wedding overseas and again here in NJ. For her 2nd reception, she wanted barbecue. We taste-tested dozens of barbecue offerings and chose Minuteman. Scott was amazing from beginning to end. He coped with last minute menu changes to accommodate vegetarians and vegans, made many helpful suggestions. and set up on-site at her cousin's barn, where he guided everyone through the menu.
