Sat at the bar for a drink and some wings. Charlie, the bar tender, is very friendly. The owner is very friendly, had great conversation with with everyone. Great family restaurant! The food is excellent!
Went to The Minuteman on Sunday just before closing. This is relevant because they sell out of menu specials and staples, like racks of ribs and brisket. I had the pork half rack of ribs, fries, cornbread, and hushpuppies. Ribs were awesome. We got the last 4 racks available, and we were unable to try several other specials due to them being sold out. We sat at the well stocked whiskey/bourbon bar, and the selection is excellent. Ribs were cooked just right with an excellent peppery...
