Having recently moved to Morristown, and previously lived in Thailand for 5 months with a Thai friend of mine from law school - I was craving a taste of Thailand. I ordered the massaman curry with chicken which was incredible, and a bit of a fusion take on the traditional ones I ate in Bangkok. Phoebe spend time explaining her take on the dish, and why it would taste different than a massaman in Thailand due to how the ingredients are grown and availability of the ingredients...
I recently came here alone while walking around Morristown. I have always enjoyed Thai cuisine and this place does it best compared to anywhere else in Morristown. I ordered the Pad thai with chicken as well as a thai iced tea, both reasonably priced and exceeded expectations. The service, food, and atmosphere is amazing. I had a great time despite being alone & at the end I had a lovely conversation with the owner Phoebe, and my server Kim. They’re both wonderful people...
