I had to place an order for a relative's birthday which happened to be Thanksgiving Day. The service when placing the order in advanced was super easy and fast and the people were great. Fast forward to picking up the order which was scheduled to be picked up a half hour before closing for the holiday, I arrived early by several minutes, just as they were placing the pretzel in the oven.
