Super friendly staff, no other pretzels like these... we have to stop in every time we're in town!

1 lady put a pair of gloves on then went to touch the cash register thrn moved the pushed somthing down in the trash can then realized the pretzels were hot because they just came out the oven then went in the back to get a knife pushed a paper inside another trash can then went to touch the pretzels all with the same gloves I asked her can she change her gloves and she asks me why because she just put them on I had to explain to her why and she wasn't to happy about that I guess

Ordered a rivets platter for an event at school via the website 24 hrs ahead of time. Showed up and were told that they hadn’t started it yet and it would be at least a half an hour… 30 min later they still weren’t done.This was for an event with scheduled speeches and awards in which we were involved. We had to inconvenience a spectator to return and wait for the order. Very frustrating experience for overpriced pretzels.

I think they ran out of salt, my pretzels were horrible without a decent amount of salt
Went to the store today and ordered 10 pretzels. The teenager serving me gave me 5 pretzels that had some strange white coating on them. They didn't look like they were cooked properly. When I asked for better pretzels, he didn't want to give me replacement pretzels despite the fact that the container in the display case we were standing next to had a pile of pretzels that looked perfectly fine. Very unhappy with this customer service!
Was in the area on Sunday. Love their pretzels. This shop is awful. Pretzels were hard and cold, obviously not fresh. What a disappointment.
Great service and the pretzels are super soft, moist and delicious.

Ordered tray of rivets…picked them up at 12:30 for a party at 3:00 …embarrassed to serve them as they were hard /stale…went back to return the serving tray and to complain…I was offered 3 pretzels as compensation… which I declined…not very professional I will not be returning…

I ordered a larger tray of rivets which was prepaid for 3 hours in advance. When I got there it wasn't ready (preorders have never been ready when I've done them)and they were concerned they didn't even have enough rivets. They gave me stale rivets that had been sitting in the display case. Also the cheese cup was ice cold and not heated up at all. They sell a nice product but if they can't serve it fresh it's a waste of money.
We placed an order in store and paid three hours ahead of time for a 5:30 pickup. When we went to pick up they were out of everything. Meanwhile the guy making pretzels is dropping raw dough all over the floor. Pointless ordering ahead. This is not he first time we’ve gone in and they are out of pretzels but you would think if you ordered ahead and paid, you’d get your order. They have absolutely no system in place. We will not be back.
I ordered a pretzel and hotdog platter for my Halloween party, a week in advance, and when I went to pick it up they said they ran out of pretzels. Although they were apologetic and refunded us, this was very frustrating because I planned my food around this platter. We were also not the only people this happened too, as there was a long line of customers who did not get what they ordered. Hoping they can plan better in the future...
I just went to pick up an order that I had placed ahead of time for Halloween today. I had mentioned that it looked different upon picking it up and I was reassured it was what it should be. Not only was it not ready in time and they were assembling it when I got there. Fine. I can understand it’s busy but They didn’t even put the correct amount of pretzels in the tray. I am trying to call bc I would like a credit. This is unacceptable.
