I visited Primo Hoagies recently today and was really uncomfortable with what I witnessed. The man working behind the counter yelled at another employee in front of customers. It felt very unprofessional and created an awkward environment for everyone in the store. No employee should be spoken to that way, especially in front of customers. Because of this experience, I don’t feel comfortable returning.

Great food, friendly staff, and quick service. I placed my order online and got my hoagie in minutes. My favorite ones are R Special for salami, chicken Diablo for chicken cutlet, and Schwartzie for the sweet Cole slaw.
