Visited Qdoba back in January and had an overall good experience. The Burrito Bowl that I tried was delicious, fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming. The portion size of the Bowl was just okay for 12$.

I usually don't post any reviews, but I felt compelled to do so this time around. In short, DO NOT EAT HERE.
I live a block away and they USED TO be good, but about a month ago they got taken over by corporate and it shows. I was familiar with the extremely friendly employees before, but was surprised when the entire staff was replaced a month ago. I would always get the same order every single time and the size discrepancy is clearly evident and abhorrent. It is such a shame and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of care to the customer service and experience. You can expect about half the amount of protein (half a scoop) that you would have received prior to them reorganizing. Go somewhere else like Central Taquiera down the street or Chipotle on US 46. They'll actually give you more food than here.
Corporate, I hope you guys go out of business if that is what it takes for you all to realize just how idiotic this change has been. You just lost a loyal, if not several loyal customers. Do better.

This was my favorite QDOBA, but after corporate took over I will never return. Before this would had been 5/5.
I loved the atmosphere of the staff you could see that they were happy to work here and trusted in each other. With the staff it is like going into any fast food place they are just doing a job.
They size of the burritos has decreased by a lot. I did not like the taste when I went in December but I went on January and it seems to taste a bit better.
Since I am used to the old staff when I eat their it seems like something is missing with the new one. The old owner will also sometimes give free chips to everyone dining in haven't seen that but don't plan on returning.

Honestly what the hell happened. I would come here after my job everyday for dinner, always greeted by familiar faces and feeling so comfortable with the staff. Now, they completely gutted the location of the beloved staff, good food, and customer service that used to be so amazing. Not to mention, the food is so terrible now, there is never meat on the grill or anything. So upset.
