Excellent lunch sandwiches! I stop by every time in Morristown.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service. Young worker moaning and groaning at her boss constantly rolling her eyes at her boss meanwhile she’s doing a piss poor job working the register. Working a 8-4, I only get 40 minutes for lunch. I called 30 minutes before the then got there and waited another twenty meanwhile the whole time my sandwich was sitting behind the counter.

A little pricey for the amount of chicken breast on my sandwich. I was still hungry

The customer service here is ATROCIOUS now. We asked for a grilled cheese sandwich at 1:35pm and were told they wouldn’t be making any more hot food for the day. Apparently they turn off the grill when it’s “close to closing time”… (which is 3pm so get right out of here with that!!!). My special needs 4 year old would ONLY eat a grilled cheese sandwich so, unfortunately, we had to go find somewhere else to eat… The whole thing really threw a wrench into our afternoon so it might be helpful to put somewhere on a sign or the website that the employees are lazy and don’t actually want to serve customers. Y’know… so people can plan. We’ve gotten sandwiches here before and they’re fine. But we definitely won’t be back after our experience today.

The worst sandwich you can ever get in Morristown, NJ. If you work on South St at the nearby offices/ horse stable you're forced to come here for lunch, as it's the only option around. It's family owned, the wife (horrible fake blonde curly hair and tattooed eyebrows) is very rude unpleasant. Spent $100+ here on a team lunch, ordered churros since they had it on the menu. She didn't include it in the order. I asked why, she gave so much attitude about how it'll take too long to make? I was so shocked and confused after waiting 40+ mins for the food to be told that they didn't make my side order of churros because it was too time consuming.... Why did they let me order it in the first place...why was it on the menu...when were they going to inform me they weren't going to make it because it wasn't hot & ready if i hadn't asked?

This used to be a much bettrr place. The customer service is really bad now. They close early or tell you 45 minutes before closing they already put all the food away so no orders. We have been customers for years, but lately, every time we are made to feel unwelcome. So after many tries, we finally got the message and will nof be back.
Great for quick bites before work!
Excellent food. Great selection.
I have been going to this place for many years and I will no longer be a customer going forward. This deli is behind the times in terms of layout/structure/menu offerings. The sandwiches are okay and you can pretty much order the standard ones. This place is quite expensive, but relative to the area of course. Please update the layout, we need some places to sit! Not to mention the staff is beyond rude and unwelcoming almost each and every time I go there.
Subs are good. Not brightest deli though. Ordered an American sub (standard order at any sub shop). Got American cheese with lettuce and tomato. Not entirely wrong in a way but not sure how you run a sub shop not knowing what an American sub is. Good food still though.
