I rate this Roots location a 4.5 out of 5 relative to other steakhouses in the same price/quality range. I think it's a little hard to directly compare a higher end steakhouse with a typical restaurant because of the a la carte nature of the steak menu (which is the main draw). I met a friend at Roots last night and I could not be happier with our meal. Our waiter Nick was highly attentive without being overbearing, and the manager even stopped by our table to check in and make sure we were having an extraordinary experience.
