The S1. Saigon Special was so incredibly good that while eating at a local park I was asked where I purchased it from. One of the best sandwiches I’ve had in years!

So good, I love me a Bahn mi sandwich and boy do they do it right here. Well balanced ingredients and the star of the dish is the bread. Such a easy thing to either make or break these sandwiches but the bread here has that nice firm crispy outside that gives way to a soft tender inside gently caressing all of the ingredients inside. I wish I lived next door to this place I would pick up a sandwich here every other day and not be disappointed.

I called in an order for pick-up and was greeted by a delightful person who chatted with me in a very kind and caring way. When I got there for pick-up the good vibes continued. I actually got lucky and found a parking spot immediately, but I could tell that the area could also be very busy. Inside, there are 2 tables where you can sit down and eat, but I think you'd be better off taking your meal outside to enjoy it in the sun. The Braised Pork Belly Banh Mi was delightful. It is so flavorful and satisfying that I am already craving it again. I also got an order of the Shrimp Summer Roll and was pleasantly surprised to see that there were 2 rolls included in the order. I think I will have add the pork to it next time as I wanted it to be a bit more savory. So yes - can't wait to go back.

Came here after seeing that one tiktok dude’s video. We moved here from chicago and haven’t had any good banh mi’s yet. Ordered a total of 4 banh mi’s and while they’re pretty good but i definitely had better and the wait was a bit ridiculous considering it wasn’t that busy. We waited 30 mins for our food.

Such tasty food! I've been reading reviews for this place for a long time and I finally went there recently for the first time and I was certainly not disappointed. I got the number nine sandwich with beef and I went back a couple days ago and got the number one side which is shrimp rolls. They were also delicious! I can't wait to go back and try additional menu items. I think their prices are very reasonable and the service is quick. Although it's primarily set up for takeout, they do have some very nice stainless steel tables that are very stylish where you can sit and eat.

We had such a great late lunch here! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable.
A no-frills little local spot that truly focuses on the food and the flavor. You can dine in or take out. They have a few tables inside, so we decided to dine in.
We got the Chay Báhn Mi sandwich (no cilantro, but added avocado). OMG, 10/10 for sure!! The pan-fried lemongrass tofu was amazing!! The flavors were incredibly complex and complimented by all the other fresh ingredients. The spice level was just right, the bread was crisp yet soft, the pickled veggies were vibrant and delicious, the fresh jalapeños gave us the perfect amount of heat, and the lemongrass seasoning on the sandwich was sooooo good!!!
The shrimp summer rolls were delicious and light. Perfect for a summer afternoon! The shrimp was super fresh, the lettuce, mint and basil were so crisp, refreshing and fragrant. The rice and noodles were perfectly cooked and all the ingredients worked so beautifully wrapped together in the delicate rice paper with the peanut dipping sauce.
We also ended up trying the Che Ba Mau dessert which is a three color layered dessert with coconut cream, shaved ice, pandan jelly, red bean, and mung bean, topped with crushed peanuts. It was so delicious and refreshing. Not too sweet, super great flavors and textures. We loved it! Reminded us of the Filipino Halo Halo dessert. It was awesome!!
It was evident that they only use high quality ingredients and really know how to balance flavors, which to me, is super important.
Can’t wait to try all the other dishes, we’ll definitely be back! We highly recommend this place!!

Side note for those of you with severe peanut allergies, please be aware that Vietnamese dishes do use peanuts in a variety of dishes. I would call ahead to see if it’s possible to avoid peanuts in their dishes.
