This is a useless marker. NOT for travelers. This Starbucks must be a kiosk buried in the hospital. This location is not placed for random foot traffic unless of course you are IN the hospital.

If I could give zero, I would. It's 8:20 pm on a Saturday night. The website says open until 10pm. I tried to get in but the doors were locked already with at least one barista still visible behind the counter. Clearly they just aren't interested in serving anymore. Horrible customer service, and the company needs to correct their hours if employees are able to close shop at their choosing.

my drink was great but this one barista had such an attitude to her coworkers and mentioned smth about me orderjng a frappuccino at 9 am… if you have a problem doing your job & making my drink, dont take it out on your coworkers. God forbid you have to do what you’re hired to do, right?

Worst customer service, and overprice. I hope someone is reading this post and take it serious. Next time I'll rather drive than going there again.
Charges more than ANY other starbucks AND doesn't accept the promotions such as 2 for 10$ etc. Bring back au bon pain this starbucks is making alot of money off of hospital employees, sick people, and those visiting their loved ones

While visiting the hospital i stopped in starbucks for a simpIe cup of English breakfast tea with milk on the side. When i went to pay It was stated that said tea which was a size small! was $6.25 when i questioned this price i was met with rudeness and a bad attitude from the barista. When I did receive my tea i could not believe that the milk was not on the side but steamed milk was poured on top of the tea. Although this was easly rectified it really upset me that the service was so pour and was extremely over priced for a poorly made tea keeping in mind being In a hospital setting.

You’re in the hospital with nowhere else to go, oh look a Starbucks! Prices inflated higher than any other Starbucks in the local area. Taking advantage of a situation is terrible. Taking advantage of a situation inside of a hospital, disgusting. Icing on the cake- the crew behind the counter. Loud and obnoxious and pay no mind to customers.

Wednesday hours say open at 6 via Google and a sign on the door says open at 7. At 8:15 am 0n 10/25/23 they were NOT open.
