I stopped by when visiting a patient to buy and then sit and eat a sandwich. Ham sandwich tasted very good. The staff were very nice and efficient. The tables were very dirty and there were a multitude of flies on the windows. Yuck. Ruined the experience.

Some pale incel with long black hair at the front desk said I needed to be visiting a patient to grab a coffee. I give this Starbucks and this poor excuses of a hospital 2 thumbs down

The staff behaved as though it was a chore to wait on me. I ordered 1 coffee. The counters and tables were filthy. Of the 6 milk containers, only 1 had milk in it. At least the coffee was good. This is in a hospital. I've purchased from here in the past and it was never like this. I'll be visiting for a few more days but won't be buying here. I wanted to order food but wouldn't consider it at this point.

Went to starbucks this evening and usually have fantastic service, but today I got a man by the name of quintin and when i was trying to place my order and he rolled his eyes and was acting very annoyed. I ended up cutting my order short because I felt uncomfortable. overall, customer service needs to be improved.
