Went here to celebrate my friend's birthday! We had the Mexican street corn flatbread (little kick), voodoo wings, crab Rangoon and lobster bisque as appetizers. All had really great flavor and would get it again. Ordered the mushroom glass noodle dish, very good flavor but not a lot variety of mushrooms mostly shitake. The rest of my table ordered: The salmon which they really enjoyed, the steak which was good but the fries with it were just ok and would have swapped for something else if there was an option. Lastly the scallops with the forbidden black rice. Scallops were cooked perfect and rice had good flavor. S'mores for dessert was also great and shareable. Service was friendly and there were lots of unique dishes. Overall I would give Stirling 8/10 and would recommend you try it!

FOREIGN OBJECTS IN FOOD!!
Wish I was kidding. Ate there last night and still can’t get over the horrific experience we had. One person in our party ordered the onion rings, that were so crunchy! They she realized there was part of a bamboo skewer cooked into the battle of the onion ring! When the manger was called over, he asked for the OTHER piece as well that was siting on top of another onion ring on the plate.
Minutes later someone else at the table screamed asking “what the hell is that?!” and was crunching on something. It was a FREAKING HUMAN TOOTH OR CROWN that was cooked into the French fries! Manager was called over again, very apologetic, but also said they’ve “had problems with the distributer of the fries before”. Why are you still using them?!
I woke up this morning thinking about and realizing how much fried food we saw on tables as we were leaving and that every freaking person eating there last night was exposed to that human tooth knowing they DIDN’T change the oil that fast!
So anyone who ate there around 5–7 pm on the night of 1/31/26, you’ve disgustingly been exposed. We will never go to this establishment again.

Food and service inconsistent. We went once and it was excellent. The second we went, tomatoes in salad were wilted and the salad tasted different. The service was worse 2nd time despite it being virtually empty. Menu is also limited.
Great experience here. I ordered the wild boar gnocchi, it was delicious. Food arrived very quickly. Cocktail was not too strong. Atmosphere on the 2nd floor bar was great.
