Food and service inconsistent. We went once and it was excellent. The second we went, tomatoes in salad were wilted and the salad tasted different. The service was worse 2nd time despite it being virtually empty. Menu is also limited.

This was such a cute place. The vibes were so fun and summery. I wish it wasn't so hot outside because I would have liked to go out to their rooftop bar, but I’ll have to check it out next time. I got the rock shrimp rigatoni and it was a little spicy but overall a great choice!

Myself and a couple of friends recently went to the Sterling Tavern because we heard the atmosphere was really fun. We entered and decided to sit at the bar. A bartender came over with menus and gave us water. We ordered a few drinks and they were pretty good. After a while, we noticed that the bartender was not the most friendliest with us or other guests around us. She seemed very short with people and we got the feeling she didn’t even want to be there. We were trying to make a decision on what appetizers to order and there was a lot of eye rolling so we didn’t bother to get any. She did not have a name tag but we heard another bartender call her Julia. There are a lot of bars in Morristown and based on this experience I’m not sure we’ll be back.

A bit stuffy and felt like everyone in there drives a Tesla, Cybertruck, or a Subaru. More of the energy given off but is an enjoyable spot to people watch, drinks are decent but can be pricey. Then again it is in Morristown so expect the top collar buttoned at almost times. Overall I like the place as long as it's not overcrowded.
