We love surreal and miss it now that it moved away from our area. No other ice cream place has the unique flavors and combinations of Surreal. The Earl grey Vietnamese coffee or the Matcha and Tarro flavors are the best.

Ice cream is ok. I didn't realize this going in but it is soft serve only. The texture was pretty firm and not melty. It was also creamy. I got the Vietnamese coffee ice cream flavor and it tastes more like regular coffee. It had the bitterness of vietnamese coffee but not the same condensed milk sweetness unfortunately. The portion size wasn't bad but it was not cheap.

Usually love this place, however understandably there may have been a new worker and our drinks weren’t up the quality we are used to. Bf told me Workers were getting yelled at by other people unfortunately. Please hire more people on busy days or have the girls who regularly make them teach the newer workers. The times the girls worked I’ve had no complaints. This is an expensive treat, it should be made right.

We got the nom nom Mason jar, black out Mason jar and the Matcha floatea. While there are limited flavors of ice cream, they are delicious and the servings are huge! $12 is more than what we normally would spend for an ice cream, but you get a screw on top for the mason jar and we just capped what we didn't finish and the leftovers were just as good. Highly recommend.
