Walked in and had to stand at the register and be looked at like I was crazy for 15 minutes while the drive through window was attended no one greeted me told me hey give us a min
Then when someone finally came and said hey you need something I said I like a meal they said you don’t know how to use the machine behind you I said no I will pay cash the lady then walked away from me no answer and just continued to take care of the window and left me standing to then after ten more minutes come to me and say what did you want I’ll just do it for you smh not cool not good I just left embarrassing your costumers and not wanting to help is just insane and the place felt like a funeral in there smh not cool maybe I should get. A car if I want better service
Don’t go inside I wasted my whole break (30 mins) waiting for my food about 5 mins for me to get there and order and the rest waiting for my order. No apologies were given which makes me think they care less and they are used to moving slow! The biggest issue is they don’t seem to want to be better
Nobody at this store speaks English, this is a newer store and it already is failing, needs new management

Went to Taco Bell today and the service from my online order was sub-par. They missed my sauces that I ordered and I ended up waiting about 10 minutes in the drive-through a relatively unbusy time.

WORST TACO BELL EVER! The service took way too long, 35 mins to get FROZEN Baja blasts when ordered NORMAL, ordered TWO season nacho fries, got one, ordered TWO 10 piece chicken nuggets, and got a wrap. Takes way to long and rude customer service, if you live close to this one, don’t go not worth it, better off going to the one on route 10 or someone else!!
Terrible experience. Had to pay cash at the register and was completely ignored by the employees. I tried to wave them down but they were giving us looks and even had a conversation in front of us. No service was offered at all and I was forced to make a new order and pay card. The food was cold and the fries had some sort of whipped cream on it. It was served extremely messy and dirty.
Don’t go there, almost they want to steal my wallet. I asked a few times if they see my wallet and they told me no. Then I went to my car to check if I left it there but no and go back and ask for the camera video and one of the girls come smiling and told me that the manager found it and put it in the back instead ask me if is was mine. I was the only customer in the store at that point and who found my wallet don’t even ask me if the wallet was mine. The person that took it just put it on the back. This is very unprofessional behavior of the store and the employees.if I don’t ask for video probably I will never have my wallet back.

Worst one ever. I place a big order through mobile app and after 40 minutes I went to pick it up and then they said we’re going to prepare it now. I asked why did I place it in advance if you’re waiting for me to be here in person? No answer and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my order to be ready.
Out of all the Taco Bell’s I’ve been to, this one is by far the slowest, if you’re in a rush don’t get food from here, expect a 15 minute wait
No breakfast no business
Very slow service. Better to go thru drive thru. They push those over the ppl ordering inside. Just bad management
