Food was amazing, wait wasn’t long and food came right out within minutes. Not only the service was fast, the customer service was top notch. Treated like a member of the family, definitely worth the drive.
I’ve been wanting to drive out to The Colonial Grill for years, and finally decided to make the drive. I absolutely wish I came out sooner!! The food is phenomenal!! I got the steak and fries and the Colonial Cheesesteak for my bf, and we loved both of them! The sauces are AMAZINGGG, and an absolute must with the food. The only downside is that there is a bit of a wait to order (I mean understandable with how great the food is) but worth it, and the food comes out pretty quickly...
The flavors were there and it had the makings of a great meal. I had the steak and fries and man were the flavors on point but there were a couple things that threw me off. The oily and soggy fries were a no for me (tells me the oil is old or should be changed) and the steak was too chewy (even tho I asked for medium). That truffle chimichurri sauce is divine…. I’d buy that on its own if they sold it honestly. The setting is nice, right by a park with a water fountain. Maybe...
