Love their featured flavors. Their apple pie and cheese cake cookies are my favorite

Cookies are horrible, got two of their specials and not only were they nothing like the pictures, the cookies were also very doughy. I’d be fine with how it tasted and all its flaws if it weren’t $6 for one cookie.

This place is completely disappointing. First, there’s no one at the register to assist or guide with placing an order. Second, the self-ordering system is incredibly confusing. For example, when trying to order beverages, there are no clear options. It seems like you’re only selecting a base, like almond milk or whole milk, but it’s impossible to tell what drink you’re actually ordering. On top of that, menus are completely missing—no paper menus, no digital menus, and no wall menus to provide guidance. The whole experience is chaotic and frustrating.

I absolutely love coming here they are far better the crumble cookie. The first time I went into this store I didn’t know exactly how to place a order and the store clerk went above and beyond to show me how to get it done and when my pbnj cookie and New York style cheesecake cookie came out they were cooked to perfection and amazing now till this day I am hooked

The cookie we tried was good. Not GREAT. The atmosphere was dead, completely empty (including employees, who were BOH). It looks closed from the outside.

My first impression was that the cookie was small (thin and light) for the price. Served warm, which was nice, with about a 5 minute wait. The flavor was fine, but not extraordinary. Personally, homemade would have been better and worth the effort.

This place could be so much more. We are regulars at Crumbl, which has a bigger (x2), better (x2) cookie for about the same price, and it's always hopping inside!

I will say that the wall art (custom graffiti patterns) was pretty cool.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a 2-inch step to enter, and a heavy door.

One of the best cookie spots around !! I’ve been going here now for a couple of years and there’s nothing better than a fruity pebbles cookie when you have a sweet tooth at night ! And don’t get me started on some of their monthly specials lol 😍

Ordered the ny cheesecake and the apple pie. Both of them were missing their filling 👎

Reminded me of some of the cookie shops in NYC. Ordering via the in store tablet was simple. We were greeted by an employee who told us that everything was freshly baked daily. Not that much seating options but the atmosphere was nice.

This place is amazing. The people are always nice, the items they have is always amazing and I feel like there are so many other combinations I have yet to try. Me and my girlfriend always try to come here when we can because we crave their ice cream and cookies. As someone who works in the food industry, some of the best service I have seen from many places.

The brownie was rock hard and didn’t taste good in my sundae. I ended up throwing it out. The place sure does look like it has potential though.

I recently visited Cookie Connect and my experience was far from enjoyable. The primary issue I had was with the choice of music and its volume within the store. The music was not only excessively loud but also had highly inappropriate lyrics that were completely out of place for a family-friendly environment like a cookie shop.As a customer, I expect a certain level of ambiance and comfort when patronizing a business. However, the blaring music with explicit lyrics was not only disruptive but also offensive. It made the atmosphere uncomfortable and unwelcoming.I hope that Cookie Connect takes customer feedback seriously and reevaluates their choice of music and volume to create a more pleasant and appropriate environment for all patrons. Until this issue is addressed, I cannot recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a relaxing and sweet treat.
