This place is atrocious. There is no visual appeal that says it’s a store that sells cookies. In fact, there is no appeal or character from the moment you walk in. The tables are gross, you have to use a kiosk to order with no specification of ingredients or allergies. There is absolutely no optionality to add or remove ingredients or transparency. Forget about asking anyone anything. No one even greeted us. The flashed up moments later in their sweat pants down their waist, crocs, sweats and headphones as if I was disturbing their nap time and pillow talk conversation. There was no professionalism at all. I assumed the person worked there just because they were behind the counter otherwise, honestly I felt like I was disturbing a teenagers nap. The lights are dimmed as well to fit that teenagers room and set the ambiance.
After I order, still there was no one to be found. I lost my patience as I heard giggling and laughing coming from the back and said “excuse me, how long” and with an attitude got one word as if they were forced to make me something, ‘it’s coming’ was the response. The end product was the cookie I order and it was warm, but far below expectations. It was like someone backed a pillsbury cookie and added some cereal on top to make it look fancy. What a waste of money and space for a business like this.

Cookies were so delicious and warm! Right in downtown Morristown with good hours for anyone that has a late night sweet craving. The flavors were fun and unique. Would definitely go back to try the rest of the options.

Not sure why the bad reviews. Service was super friendly and helpful. Cookies were warm and delicious. Ordered when we arrived and they were ready in 5 minutes. Definitely worth a try.

Got here at 1:30, doors locked even though they open at 1. No sign, no explanation. Staff saw us and ignored us. Terrible service for a first-time visit. Fix this.

I had the pleasure of being A cookie monster today at The Cookie Connect in Morristown NJ.
Right near the heart of Morristown is this nice spot where you can get warm, delicious, creative cookies.
The store is beautifully covered with art created by the artist, G.delia. Wall to wall of her art adding casual vibes so you can enjoy your cookie there.
The store is spacious and clean. You can either order the cookies yourself at their self ordering kiosks or with the staff. The manager was there today when we entered the store and he promptly greeted us and anyone who walked into the store.
I tried 3 different cookies. The birthday cake cookie, oatmeal cream pie cookie (cookie of the month) and the raspberry lemonade cookie ( cookie of the week)
I had gotten the smores cookie but that was my daughter's and she's working I couldn't steal a bite.
The cookies are not super expensive and they have ice cream creations too that they use their cookies with.

So I truly enjoyed their cookies and definitely will be back!!
I recommend you pop on over and give it a try!
Enjoy!!!

We were looking for some ice cream options late at night and we found this spot, though it's not an ice cream shop, but they had this ice cream sort of sundae. We placed our order through the kiosk, but there was literally no one there to assist us. Anyway, the thing we got was pretty bad and not worth the money we spent.

I placed and order today and my pick up time was suppose to be 8:15, I ordered a classic chocolate chip cookie, a cookie cup and their limited edition cookie cup. We arrived late at 8:22 and my cookie cup wasn’t even ready. We waited until now 9:07 and they still didn’t make me the cookie cup i requested, my husband was simply told “we are to busy “ but whoever was working told him yes we can make it for you but wait 20 minutes we waited over 40 and I didn’t even get what I wanted. What a disappointment.

The cookie was good but did not look like the marketing on Instagram. The place was empty mid day and actually looked closed. The customer service was non-existent and borderline rude/abrupt. You have to order via kiosk and there is no one to ask questions about allergies etc. There were 3 tables but they were dirty and it was clear they weren't going to be cleaned. Would not visit again. There are better dessert spots in Morristown

Love their featured flavors. Their apple pie and cheese cake cookies are my favorite

Cookies are advertised to be soft but were hard when I got them. When you walk in there are no servers in the front, and the music is aggressive, explicit, and obnoxiously LOUD for no good reason.

This was my 1st visit... and the place was not very clean or welcoming... self service set up. Waited patiently for my order just to get my order home and realized it wasn't as appeasing or tasty as I was hoping a $5+ dollar cookie should be. 👎🏽
