Fuqua location Houston tx . Absolute trash, had a order not show and tried calling to ask what the issue v was doordash tells me that Wingstop cancelled the order. Ive called up there a few times to at least get a refund seeing as I never got my food nor was doordash ever able to leave with the order and I get a lie saying there isn't any sort of manager there and they cannot refund my money without the manager and I have to call back after 6. When I try to call at that time I'm repeatedly hung up on it or on hold for 45 mins then hung up on 5 days now and still haven't been able to get refund or food
Have ordered 3 times and 3 times got the wrong order. Asked for a refund and after not getting it after 2 weeks I called and they couldn’t give me a straight answer. Trash
Dasher nightmare
This is the best and most consistent Wingstop in Jersey. I order online and my order is always ready, the wings always come out extra crispy just the way I like it. I don't usually write reviews unless I'm very impressed and after so many attempts at going to Wingstops closer to home I choose to take the drive every time. Just had to put it out there.

Este domingo nos negaron el acceso a wingstop plaza outlet la hostess y el gerente nos pidieron la cartilla de vacunación para mi perro cabe destacar que número uno es plaza pet friendly uno espera una mayor recepción de los perros a los locales, yo nunca pedí que nos dieran mesa adentro ellos tienen mesas afuera y también quiero decir que hace dos o tres meses entramos a comer con otro de mis perros al mismo restaurante. Desafortunadamente la mala experiencia vivida en uno de sus locales hace que la inversión millonaria en la plaza se tire a la basura y que uno no regrese a ningún otro restaurante de la cadena Aparte, el día de hoy se contacto la gerenta de la sucursal y salió peor me dijo que solo le pedían cartilla a algunos perros por lo cual me sentí inclusive discriminado mi perro es de raza akita americano, acababa de salir de su baño es cachorro de 8 meses que pasa con otros perros les piden hasta su acta de defunción para entrar. en su puerta no dice prohibido entrar con mascotas y recalcó ya comí en otras ocasiones con mis perros en la terraza de la misma sucursal dejo mi CEL 9981268091 y ojalá puedan remediar este problema yo mientras seguiré contando y escribiendo mi mala experiencia para que no le pase a otra persona
Decided to give this spot one more chance because I was really wanting some wings and they’ve always let me down smh, but let me tell you one thing right off the bat.. my FIRST initial thought was “did this place just get a mean upgrade!??!” The fries were perfect. The wings were perfect. Everything was absolutely perfect and mind you last time I got food from there the chicken was RAW and just not cooked right…. I’ve never had such a wonderful experience at this Wingstop location so I’m REALLY REALLY and I mean REALLY HOPING THEY CONTINUE THAT WAY!!!!!

I have been waiting on the phone for over 45 minutes and no one is coming to answer it. They only delivered 21 wings instead of 30 and I want some of my money back.

I placed an order for 10 different flavors of tenders from this Wingstop location, and instead of labeling or separating them, they just dumped everything into four container. When I called to get clarification, they told me l'd need to drive 45 minutes back to the store so someone could tell me which flavor was which ~ which defeats the purpose of delivery or convenience altogether. The manger even tired to insult my intelligence when I asked him to tell which flavor of bbq was which over the phone by colors.
To make matters worse, the manager, Ruban, was extremely rude. He put me on hold for over 8 minutes without even asking or letting me know, and then when I finally got through again, he basically hung up on me rather than actually addressing my concerns. There was absolutely no customer service tonight.
At this point, it feels like the only thing this location is good for is picking up ranch dressing. It's unfortunate, because it's the closest Wingstop to my house, but after tonight, I'll think twice before ordering from here again.

wings suck & service bad. Will never go back. I use to eat here every Friday. it's fallen off a cliff about 3 years ago. gave them one lore chance and they failed spectacularly.
Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful
