Ordered delivery to my apt and they took very long so I called and the lady said the driver left 10 min ago. I was waiting until I finally went outside and the food was left outside my door. Didn’t receive a phone call or anything. The delivery driver Charles should not work with customers at all. I called them and let them know I was put on hold for 20 minutes and they hung up on me. I called back at least 15 times just trying to get them to pick up the food and give me a refund but they did not. On top of that I asked for garlic sauce and blue cheese instead I got ranch for my wings and I don’t like ranch. Charles was standoffish and did not try to make things right, instead he kept hanging up on me when I tried to get my money back. This is the worst dominoes/restaurant experience i have ever had.

The manager, Alma, is extremely rude. I will never order Domino's again. I called to tell her I was not happy with my pizzas and she became extremely rude and combative immediately she talked over me the entire time and would not let me complete a sentence. And she refused to give me a refund. I dislike my New Yorker pizza so much, I can't even eat it. I'm throwing it out. I ordered a pan pizza and a New Yorker pizza. The pan pizza was supposed to be well done. Unfortunately it was very doughy as if it was undercooked and the New Yorker pizza was too browned on the top. But yet the bottom was very doughy and there was hardly any sauce and I just did not like the sauce. I asked Alma when you order a pizza well done at Domino's, does that mean the top will be brown or the bottom will be brown and her answer was, I don't know. If the employee doesn't know how is the customer supposed to know? This is why when you're in South Jersey never order Domino's, go to a real pizzeria!

This store absolutely sucks! I ordered food for delivery at 11:30 pm when they close at 12:00am and everything went through fine. The pizza tracker showed the order going through the steps all the way to right before being delivered, but then at 11:56pm it now shows order canceled. It was not canceled on my end and I did not receive a call from the store saying that they would not be able to take and deliver my order after waiting 26 minutes thinking that I would have my order soon. That's very unprofessional, and now I have to start looking for somewhere else to order food from hoping that they haven't closed for the night also!

DIRTY AS WELL . through 27 minutes of hearing nonsense before a human even looks at the phone or picks it up this is terrible and they need to redo answering the phones a human answering not a machine we don't need the whole Spiel we already know what we want and we can't even get through to someone Insidious I am disappointed and I will spread the word to the world

The deliver driver said he needed to take a photo of the food as proof of delivery (dominos literally NEVER does that by the way) and then pointed the camera at my BARE FEET. (After payment and every thing) I will be contacting corporate.

Alma was AMAZING! I ordered 18 large pizzas and 2 gluten-free pizzas for my daughter's birthday party; she gave me a great deal and she handled my order with such care. I'm so grateful for her!
Literally scamming people force me to pay twice, refusing to make mobile orders and then forces me to pay twice. Even though money was taken out, my account and order was confirmed force me to pay in cash.
