We ordered our pizza at 11:35, they called me after few minutes and told me that they are not taking any orders anymore and that they started cleaning but the store closes at 12 which is almost like half hour after we placed our order. Hope they can improve their service.

Lets just say we will not be ordering from this place anymore. First and foremost why are you not cutting the pizzas how do you expect people to eat the pizza uncut why should we have to do your job. And last i get weed is legal but i do think its unprofessional to smoke before you drop off someone's food to the point when u hopped out ya vehicle you can smelt the strong stitch of marijuana. Shakree was very unpleasant and High not Kool and please get ya headlight fixed..... Stop Hiring people that dont wanna work

I ordered 2 pizzas tonight, and they were perfectly made. Exactly what you expect ordering from dominos. Received excellent customer service! The guy taking my order made sure my order was exactly right, and the girl making the pizzas made 2 perfect pizzas.
Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever eaten. We ordered the thin crust, and it was like eating cardboard. Hardly any sauce and burnt. It was so dry I threw it out. If you want real pizza, this isn’t the place. Go to Vero in Bellmawr, Brooklyn Pizza in Haddon Heights or Cafe Antonio in Collingswood.

I have ordered weekly from Dominos Pizza in Bellmawr NJ. They always got the order wrong, or messed up the pizza when delivering. We knew it was par for the course, it kind of became a running joke in my house. But we enjoyed the food so we kept ordering.The last order, they flat out missed two orders of the pasta. Which was my twins dinner. So I called, waited on hold for 20 minutes, and advised them, we are missing the pasta. I advised them we need the pasta, my kids need to eat dinner. The worker began to yell at me, calling me a liar, refused to bring out the pasta. He swore he delivered the pasta. He hung up on me.I wrote a complaint the next day, and received no response from anyone.It has been 2 months since we ordered from any Dominos Pizza and will never order again. We still order our weekly pizza night. We entertain other restaurants now. Horrible customer service, horrible accuracy on the order.

Over an hour wait for a thin crust pizza. I called the store the guy on phone told me he didn't have many drivers. So I offered to pick up the pizza but then he told me it was just picked up and I should have it soon. 25 minutes later and still no pizza. Domino's let your customers know you're short drivers and orders will be taking longer to deliver.Excuse #2 was flat tire ok but you guys still did not reach out for over an hour. Not good customer service.
