If you don’t like your job that’s your choice Stop going to it - you are in the food industry and customer service industry. Both are hard I’ve been it both all my life. Thought we would stop in for our once a year McDonald’s fix simply because this looked like a unique location. Human interaction is a minimum here (kiosk orders primarily) when I got our order no ketchup packets were on tray or available by napkins. I asked the woman at the counter and she threw them at me - previous posters had problems with ketchup. I guess they have a problem with ketchup. She seemed angry to the window guests also. So I guess her bad day was our problem. About the food : the burgers are not what they used to be however the fries were good. (It must have been fresh oil day). Overall it’s McDonalds. What else can I say. However the one staff member made it unpleasant. Glad I only doMcDonalds once a year.

For a nice space and location, the food was cold and the order was wrong, they resolved the issue which was basic that a manager had to do because the staff were clueless. By the time it was resolved the rest of the food was stone cold. I would not recommend.

If it were possible, I would give 0 stars, I walked in this morning at about 7:30 am with my entire familt at which point nobody was at the counter, the people in the back saw us come in, did not seem interested in saying hi, we'll be with you or anything. We had absolutely no service and walked out the door after 5 to 10 minutes of not being helped. Worst service from a mcdonald's so so far.

The worker tonight was nasty and rude smelled like she had really bad body odor and breath it was very noticeable, made me totally sick while eating my food thinking about it
Love this mcds. Has a play place. Staff is quick and attentive. Last time a child had an accident t in the play place. Staff was quick to close and clean
