Ordered a pretzel tray to be ready at 7:45am. Arrived at 8:15 and was told it would be another 25 minutes. If they can’t handle volume they should stop taking orders.

Terrible cold pretzels 4 times the cost since 2 years ago. Price gouging
Service was just okay not great.
At this point I won't recommend anything.

I’ve been to this location twice and never again. Last Friday I placed an order for a pretzel tray and when I got there my tray wasn’t ready and no one knew anything about my order despite the fact I called and placed it the day prior. Once I arrived to their location they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes but took over 30 minutes for my order to be ready. To make up for this, they gave me a free tray voucher card. The following week my work was having a little Halloween food party so I figured I’d use the card for a tray of pretzels. I called in the day before at around 1pm and placed an order. That morning of when I went to go pick it up it was the same exact situation. It was not ready, yet again and they told me it would take 15 minutes which ended up being close to 30 minutes. I don’t normally like to leave negative reviews but after this experience I felt it was necessary.

I grew up in Mt. Ephraim and come back once a year to visit family and eat cheesesteaks, pizza, hoagies, pretzels, Pretzels, and PRETZELS 🥨❤️🥨.
This place is amazing. You can tell how great it is by the amount of customers they have.
Oh poor old stupid Karen didn’t get her promo ice cream 🤣 good riddance.

Went in on Sunday and asked for the promo they posted on the billboard every week. Was told they aren't doing it anymore. Free ice cream with a pretzel purchase. Yet, I still see the billboard truck advertising it. The girl was pretty rude about it. Won't be visiting this location again! Smh.

Ordered large rivet tray night before pickup in the afternoon at exact pickup time next day. Was told it would be 20 mins because they had call outs. Should have listened to the other bad reviews , stay away!!

Who's Philly soft pretzels. I always get the many presses because they are kept warm

I ordered 30 pretzels, and they overcharged me because I didn't request crowd pleaser plus 5.

Pretzels are one of my favorite things to eat, and you can always count on getting good pretzels here.

My experience was well welcomed. I was greeted with upmost respect. The employee that treated me so well was (Savannah) who showed me excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming here more often. Thank you!
