To the Authorized Person,
Today I came to your Pizza Hut branch to pick up an order placed via DoorDash. I have been waiting for over 55 minutes to receive my order. During this time, I have not received any clear information about the status of the order, and the staff's attitude has been extremely indifferent and rude.
As a DoorDash delivery person, time is very important to me. Such a long wait results in both financial loss and decreased customer satisfaction. The delay and staff behavior are unprofessional and unacceptable.
I request that this situation be investigated, necessary warnings and adjustments be made, and measures be taken to prevent similar problems from recurring.
I am sending this message to Pizza Hut officials so that their employees treat customers more politely and orders are delivered faster.

Pizza hut is not what it use to be ,it is Sad ordered the big box ,8/3 messed up order gave us credit for r messing up called on 8/4 woman answered said we had $20 Credit I said i was going to order same, anyway was not big box 1 ipie 1/2 pep 1/2 sausage, cheese sticks cinnamon sticks big box comes with 2 Pies 1 topping each ,will not be going back Ed ,Greg ,Michelle I miss you guys and the old Pizza Hit🥲

Never at the front desk you will wait 15 min before someone sees you
Went in to get my pickup order no one was at the Checkout counter stood there waiting for 10 minutes no one ever acknowledged me said hello someone will be there to help me nothing they just stood back there laughing and pulling tickets so I left didn’t even want the food any more I’ve heard nothing but bad things about this store I choose to give them a shot but I see why they have so many bad reviews and word of mouth the store was dirty napkins and trash on the tables I’d recommend to anyone that wants to go here don’t waste your money or time

I have never gotten a 100% correct order. It's either badly made food, missing food, or just slow delivery. Take your time and go to the one in Clementon. It is so much better

Ordered a 2 large pizzas, wings and a 2 liter drink for about 45 bucks. Only received 1 large pizza and the wings, no drink, and a missing large pizza. Contacted them about it and best they gave me was a $10 gift card. What a joke.
