I’m not a happy camper. This place used to be good, but I don’t know what happened. When I walked into the restaurant, it was nearly empty—only about 10 tables were occupied. Despite the emptiness, they told me I had to wait 15 minutes for a table. That 15 minutes turned into 25, and when I was finally seated, I noticed there were at least 40 empty tables available.
I wanted to sit at a booth, but they seated me at a regular table. I asked three times if I could switch to a booth, but the server said, “No, it’s impossible.” I don’t understand how a multi-billion-dollar chain can operate like this. The whole experience was weird, and I’m not sure if I’ll be coming back here

When you have to flag Ryan down to get another drink is crazy to me. I’m all for great customer service, but when it’s comes to Ryan, his services were extremely sub par.

Was seated very quickly, server was friendly. Food was actually pretty good. I ordered the whiskey sour, it was horrible. Tasted like water and whiskey no flavor at all, more water than whiskey at that. Was kinda pissed because the drinks aren't cheap at all. Overall okay experience but the drink definitely has me not wanting to come back.

Me and my family went yesterday 2/1/25 to eat here soon as we left we alll was sick to our stomachs especially my 2 year old son throwing up the whole night diarrhea , and we had the bubble guts but the service was definitely nice I just think they wasn’t being sanitary enough in the kitchen also our first time eating at this Applebees

This was the worst experience I have ever had with Apple bees. I stop there on a snowy night 1/19/2025. I ordered food to go because I was staying in a hotel behind the restaurant. Nevertheless, my niece's food had no sauce on her noodles. My sister's food had a long nasty hair in it and everything was overly salted. The chips and queso was nasty, the queso was burnt. The customer service was shotty, the staff acted like we shouldn't've came there, and everyone got their food before us. This place is not diversity friendly. I ended up throwing all that food out.

Manager, stop making eye contact with me and not coming to assist. 15 minutes with a plate of trash infront of me while my waitress is playing bartender is ridiculous while the table next to me gets service 5 times while I can't find a human. Your less then average tip is well deserved.
It was our first time here, on our first trip to NJ. There was no one at the entrance when we entered so we went on our own, after a while I approached a waitress to ask for help; and he answers that why did we enter alone, we were supposed to enter with a waiter, I told him that there was no one and he told me that we should stop because someone else was supposed to go there (if there were 5 families it was a lot). We just stopped and left. Terrible service for potential new customers to a place that had food scattered everywhere, tables with plates and napkins.

My second and last time going to this location. There guest service is horrible. The food was fair at best. The greeter at the front was nice but that's about it. They all need training or something. The place was empty on a Friday night. That should tell you something.
