I went to an event, did not have the food because I was told several people that it was not great and lacked taste. The service that I saw was also not great. I am not trying to bash them just letter ng know that a little pivoting is needed. Address the issues so we as a people/customers can support.

I rented this establishment on 5/1 and I will never return. 1. I arrived to a dirty venue that hadn’t been swept in what looked like a month. 2. No tables were set up for my event even though a $90 service charge was on my invoice. 3. I was then asked to tip the hotel worker to move the tables that were supposed to have been set up already. 4. I wasn’t allowed to have any food or liquor vendors but they didn’t cook or provide platters for my event like they stated they would. 5. I couldn’t find chef or his wife for the entirety of my 5 hour event. 6. I had vendors on their patio space, which had no lighting. I wasn’t told until I found him(the one time I was able to locate him) that “the lights stopped working today and we didn’t have time to fix them” but I was never told this before my event was set up. 7. 30 minutes before my event was over chef decided to show the venue to potential clients. 8. The wife told me she would be there before my event was over to discuss how unsatisfied I was, but she was “in a meeting” at 10:20pm on a Sunday night. 9. I text the next morning for a refund due to the long list of things we felt weren’t up to par - wife says to come at noon for refund. I arrived to a dark venue and no one on site, she texts “you can start folding up the tables.” To which I then left her a voicemail at 12:25 that I was leaving because my time is valuable. They have not contacted me since and I have disputed my payment with my bank.

I was very unhappy with my food chicken grease was burn and you can tell in the chicken. Have had food better food from this place

The menu options are pretty limited. The food is actually good and the people are nice but the service is always so slow. I don't understand why I have to wait 30-40 minutes for some fried fish. I've been there twice and the service is consistently slow.
