My lady and myself stop in to your Mt.Laurel, NJ location. After I had an procedure done at a local medical facility, this afternoon. We were greeted by a young present gentleman. He seated us, took our orders, served us and he was also the person at the cash register. He was the only person handling the entire restaurant, beside from the cook and a young lady buying tables. He was excellent and made our and other customers visit most enjoyable. He restored my hope for our younger workforce. He should be employee if the year, his name is Kris! Please take care of him. If I could give the service 1,000 stars, I would. Our waiter, Phillip, was super attentive, super nice and a total joy. I almost wanted him to sit with us and hang out. And he was like this with every table around us. He clearly loves his job and it shows in his attitude. When you go, ask for Phillip's section!!

Everything we got came out microwaved n hard in certain areas...(biscuits, chicken fingers, fries, buscuit cinna bites, turkey links...) the strawberry salad needs love. The turkey sausage could be used to literally pull teeth out as it was old n microwaved to death...Everything was yuk but the water n peach tea. The pancakes seemed fresh off griddle. Thats a plus🥴

I went here a couple days ago. The sides weren’t bad but the double blueberry hotcakes had these fake ahh blueberries on them and they taste like childhood trauma. Would not recommend lol….😆 my waitress was super pretty so that’s like added points. Also I accidentally clogged the toilet. Cleanup on isle 7!! Haha! (So sorry).

Totally went down. I have been a frequent eater at Bob Evans, and I'm so disappointed in my last 3 visits. Home fries potatoes under cook, cleanliness fell off and service seems to be short handed. I never thought I would say this but IHOP presentation is much better.

First time at Bob Evans restaurant umpteen time eating their potatoes. Food was excellent. The store was a fun place to be in and the service was appreciative. Will plan on coming back again soon as possible.
