I've been meeting here with friends once a week for about a year now. The staff especially Tori, Sammy & Josh are great. The food is really good, surprisingly the burgers have become my favorite meal to get. I tell people this and they give me a weird look but yes, Buffalo Wild Wings has good burgers! Atmosphere is that of a sports bar, lots of TV's, pretty noisy but that's to be expected.

I’ve never left a bad review before. However, I went here for takeout, as I didn’t feel like cooking tonight. Ordered wings. Got home, and I have never had wings this old and dry. I didn’t know I was bringing home rocks. Save your money.

My husband and I sat at the bar. It was Veterans Day so it was very busy. Our bartender did not check my husbands identification to make sure he was a vet to get the special. The boneless wings were very good. The staff seemed overwhelmed.

Bartender was super sweet and the right amount of attentive. $17 for a double and they were weak. The boneless wings were delicious fat kid food, although they came out cold- we got half Nashville Hot and Half Garlic Parm. Lots of TVS- great place to watch a game

I thought the food would be better. It took 35 minutes to get our cheeseburger and chicken sandwich. They included fries, which were just warm and the sandwiches were warm so I think they were sitting for a while. The chicken sandwich is decent, but not great. The cheeseburger is the two thin patties that they smashed together, and it comes with pickle and lettuce, but honestly, it was flavorless. I would go back, but it would not order the cheeseburger

Whoever the manager is, needs a different job cause she obviously don't like the one she has. Horrible customer service, Horrible. Fire everyone. Whoever owns this place you need to fire everyone

I placed a $53 DoorDash order with priority delivery, yet both drinks were completely flat and the food arrived cold. I’m confused how the food showed up cold with priority delivery? And how does the restaurant not realize both drinks were flat before sending them out?
I even called to ask if I could come in and get the drinks replaced, but they refused to accommodate that.
I'm not sure how you name your restaurant 'Wings' , but then the wings are average at best , too salty and just not very good. My family of five couldn't finish our wings, that says a lot! We picked up , service is descent , but the food , meh. I'm probably one and done

Very bad experience, I love buffalo but horrible job. Asked the manager for help he rudely yelled back at me saying he’ll help me soon. Mind you the restaurant was empty. There were two guys at the bar drinking and a bartender and the manger talking, the manager was talking to his worker but of something non job related like come on man go talk at the park. I understand if theres free time its cool but you had customers waiting for you and you didnt even end up helping any of us. A waiter that had three tables helped us. Buffalo you should hire a better manager, if he’s like that to customers i can only imagine how he is with his workers.
This was 8-26-25 around 5ish PM. He had a different uniform shirt he had the black buffalo manager shirt, was maybe 6ft white man. Sir please do better:)

My family got wings, they said they were good. I got a chicken Parm melt and water. I ate half and started feeling weird. 10 minutes after leaving my stomach hurt really bad an hour later I was vomiting.
