Me and my boyfriend visit this specific Buffalo Wild Wings very frequently. It was where we went the third time we hung out and its one of the places that has made me love food beyond belief, and we have always enjoyed in silence and never thought to leave a review until today! We needed dinner plans for our six months and where else to go than our favorite spot? We had the most wonderful server named Alicia and she was such a doll! We’ve never had a bad server here, but she went above and beyond for us today. She was fast, refilled our drinks without us mentioning them first, had the greatest manners, and got our order perfect even with our interesting food accommodations like extraaa pickles and lots of honey mustard (so much so that she double checked that the quantity was great enough to our expectations.) Alongside that this store is also extremely cleanly, the food is always hot and as stated before everyone has treated us great. We love you B-Dubs!
I have been eating there for years and the truth is that it is disappointing, starting with the waitress I had and another one, in the end a mouse came out and I never went back.

Ordered the BOGO boneless wings and a burger bundle online for delivery. Waited over 1hr only to receive cold boneless wings with barely any sauce and two boxes of cold fries that tasted like it was made yesterday with no burger in sight.Gave me two fry boxes instead of a single fry box and my burger..

It was a bizarre experience. The waitress seemed like we annoyed her for showing up on a night that perhaps had the potential to be slow for her. To have to wait on us was not on her agenda. Even the atmosphere was off in the restaurant as a whole. Almost like no one wanted to be there even the patrons. Like I said the whole experience was bizarre to say the least. Food came quickly though and was very tasty.

Paid$45 for burger and 20 wings. They completely drenched my wings in sauce like I was eating sauce and the wings were cold and kinda hard. Bad experience for sure, especially for the money spent 😩😭

Worst BWW experience ever! The service and the food was awful... our waitress left for smoke break for 15minutes leaving our drink orders hanging in the middle of the dinner, the wings were nothing but deep fried breading with no chicken to be seen or tasted... and the appetizers were as bland, the onion rings were just swimming in oil with absolutely no flavor or seasoning, and the guacamole was dry and just meh... very poor experience, stay away from this location!
Since this Buffalo Wild Wings opens, I am Customer since then but today was very disappointed that I ordered at 11:30 but they said that we can’t take the order because the kitchen is closed and I don’t get it if the time saying until midnight they are open and how come they not took my order but I saw there is other party of two came after me and they took the order and they got their order at 11:45 and I believe this is a discrimination because I am not from United States and people who got their order at 11:45 they are from here so this is a ridiculous, but I still gave him a good tip, Just got two beers sitting on the bar and that’s it and I think thisis shame.

Called to see if they were open, drove 20 minutes. got there at 10:30 and was turned away at the door with the manger saying they weren’t sitting even tho they are open until 1am. Very disappointed. Waste of time.
