Food was good. No ice for sodas! Counter person was annoyed that we asked about the ice. They were out out of ice at lunch time.

There’s no option for rating 0, hence giving 1. Worst ever franchise I have ever gone. It felt like the company is not interested in continuing with this branch as the employees seemed to be helpless. There was no ice and the machine was not cooling either, hence beverages were kind of hot instead of being chilled, no Air conditioning in this summer. I think people knew about this restaurant already and that’s why I think only we were there at the place.

There were weeds everywhere outside- we thought it was closed down. Then when I asked for a lettuce wrap instead of bun they couldn’t do it because no box? Signs on drive through that they are out of ice cream looked like it was written by a child. The management seems lacking??

What happened to the Burger King franchise? There food is terrible and made very sloppy. This place is very unorganized and very out dated.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I just so happen to have field training this weekend and stopped by for a bite to eat. The place was IMMACULATE, unlike other establishments I’ve been to. The manager had been cleaning the windows as I was walking in. He took my order, gave me menu options, gave me my order in a tray and after a few moments checked in to see how everything was going and if the food was to my liking. Motivated, respectful staff and the establishment so clean you could tell they take pride in serving their customers.Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: the sidewalk is sloped for wheelchair traffic.Dietary restrictions: They offer fish sandwiches

Ham..no cheesePeanut Butter… no jellyBurger…no bunThis place is understaffed and running out of items on their menu. The staff was great and can do what they do with what they have. I had time to sit and eat, had I not I would’ve walked out and went somewhere else. It’s ashame because their burgers are delicious and I’m sad to see what has happened to this place. Management needs to fill the needs and staff and you would have a great place to eat. The workers here are great and even being short-staffed they still were professional and courteous. I’m going to come back and hopefully BK management gets their act together. I give the staff five stars by the way, keep up the good work.AKA Spider Verse Sandwich….. send it to another universe, the bread was horrible, it tasted like a sponge with a piece of meat with lettuce and tomatoes.

Short on staff , bad management system. I drive most of my day and the van will not fit under drive through service. There I must go in side. If you can not wait on customers at the counter, close the dinning room and lock the door ...

I cant even stomach the food here anymore.. my burger was so salty. It was inedible. They went out of their way to over salt this thing. last 3 times I have eaten here the food quality was terrible and tasted bad. This will be my last time visiting this bk. Avoid like covid

Sad to say the worst service I have ever experienced. Waited 30 minutes for chicken nuggets and fries. Through the drive through. They told me come around will come and bring it to you . They didn't. I had to go in and and it was still not ready. I don't blame to employees They looked like they were trying to there best... shame on management they don't know how to run a business. That's not the way to treat employees or customers. Hope you do better!

The bad reviews for this place are accurate. Long wait and person working the drive through did not seem to know what they were doing. Ended up getting double changed. Just not worth the hassle.

This place food is okay I went here at night guy was by himself if your reading this don't go here if you inpatient about a 15min wait if you can't wait don't make this guy cancel your order just leave and tell him just sayin?‍♂️ I understand how it is also 1 person don't blame the service and employee he aint God blame whoever running this place who isn't treating their employees right you should not have 1 person closing at night I hope this burger king gets improve because they not looking to good. So if u can't wait don't go here!!!!.

I've never been to a worse BK. Waited 15 mins in the drive thru being 2 cars away from ordering. Finally got to the speaker box and then had to wait another 7 minutes before anyone even said anything to me. Only to be told they're out of onion rings. So I said fine I'll take the fries. Another full minute goes by without a response so I say "Hello?" And am told she'll be with me in a minute. At this time the person behind me in line is reversing out to leave and I just follow suit and reverse and leave. This location does not care about anything. Absolutely the worst service I've ever recieved.

No milkshakes, no chocolate milk, no soda , no coffee had to trade In my 3 cups to get 2 orange juices because they didnt have anything. The workers are extremely rude . It needs to be shut down the way they walk around like zombies I would not have hired not one of the 4 in that building its disgusting. I will never go there again. So disappointed.

This was the most horrendous customer service I've received from any restaurant I have been to in my entire life. The sorry excuse of a person in the drive thru seemed personally accosted that I wanted to pick up my order. She insisted I come in the store, and when I tried telling her otherwise, I got the window slammed in my face. The manager seemed unbothered by her behavior. I don't know who hurt that woman but customer service is not and will never be her forte.
