Attentive, friendly experience with a lovely creek view. We have been going here for many years. Unfortunately the price point is now in the special occasion only category and, truthfully, there are so many other options.
Carlucci's is confused as to what it wants to be. It is a very nice location and could be great but it is unsure what it is trying to convey as a restaurant. They charge high prices for the meals that are about the same as what I would get at Longhorns quality-wise. Their new Terrazza section is nice but is more like a bar environment and not a high end establishment. The windows were open and should have been for such a beautiful day, but there were no screens allowing for gnats to fly in onto the table all meal. I was surprised to see a large screen TV in that room with a ball game playing. It seemed out of place for such a restaurant that I thought was trying to be fancy. There was a good guitar player in the corner playing nice music, but again, it was out-of-place for the sports bar atmosphere presented. We were there dressed nicely as were many other patrons, but then people walked in wearing shorts, ball caps, ripped jeans, concert t-shirts, etc that was more fitting for a sports bar and not a classy restaurant charging high-end prices. So again, I am not sure what Carlucci's is trying to be. Are they wanting to be a sports bar or a higher end fine dining establishment? But trying to be both is not going to work. Until they figure it out, we won't be returning.
Second time here. Gave it a second chance after first visit on Valentine's Day when check-in was chaotic with many parties clogging the entrance all waiting for their reserved tables. Service was stressed and food was mediocre, but we decided to give it a second try in the warmer weather because we heard the outdoor seating is very nice. Went on a Thursday and had no problem checking in and got a table outdoors with a great view, but service and food were mediocre again (including a $109 bone-in ribeye with plenty of gristle) and our total bill with tip was $300 for our dinner for two. Clearly this place is overrated due to the location (which is just a creek anyway, it's not exactly the ocean) so we won't dine here again unless maybe it's a salad or burger at lunch. Based on our experience, Carlucci's charges premium prices without proving premium dining.
Beautiful view, good service, food was average and prices are a bit inflated. It was enjoyable.
Easter weekend and the place was packed however we were taken on time, did not have to wait for our food, the service was excellent. The food was fantastic. I expected delays and problems and there were none.
The restaurant was great. The views were great, and the staff was very professional. The food was cooked perfectly. We loved everything about this restaurant.
Food is great and the staff strives to exceed. Adding more fabric/noise absorption would help The remodel inside is really appealing
Could use a little more lighting in dinning room

I have been going to this restaurant when it was called the Pirate Inn. Over the years since it became Carlucci’s it has steadily gone down and I mean everything. Even the bread was terrible.

Hello all, Sunday we came to Laurel NJ, for a baby shower, the party was here at Carlucci's Waterfront, everything from the appetizers to the main meal was fantastic, I ordered the Veal piccata the food was so tender and delicious and I was able to take some home with me, so you don't have to wait for a function to come here for a meal just call ahead see if a reservation is needed and if not head on over for a really good meal, just be advised this place is big enough for whatever you need, a Christening, Baby shower, a Birthday a Wedding, just call to make plans you will not be disappointed, you still reading this what are you waiting for, enjoy.

we had our wedding here this past Saturday. This place has the kindest staff I was a horribly sick bride sadly and they were more than prepared they offered me otc medicine, brought me ginger ale with bitters in it which helped alot and some bread when one waitress saw that I was finally eating they made me more of the chicken tenders. I was not able to eat my food or cake they wrapped up everything nicely for me to take home later. the waitress also noticed the food in front of my face was making me more sick and came over to remove it. all the staff there were very helpful with everything set up /clean up. and everything in between. this place is beautiful everyone in our wedding loved the food and atmosphere, for weddings this place cant be beat the lake offers such a beautiful view behind the gazebo and they include so many things in the wedding package. thank you carluccis for giving us our dream wedding and helping me feel better so I can enjoy our big day. you guys are the best ❤️

I recently took my daughter to Carlucci’s while visiting from Arizona. The food was exceptional and our server Sarah was a true joy. The views are amazing and the ambience was to die for as we sat and had a beautiful view of the waterfront and changing of the seasons. If you haven’t dined here, please this add this gem to your list. The appetizers were beautifully plated, the prime rib and braised short rib were delicious!
