This place has long been a favorite of mine. Unfortunately, as with so many things these days, they are a bit more expensive than they used to be, and not as generous with the meals. But overall the food is good, the ambiance is great, and service is generally good.

I recently attended a birthday dinner at this restaurant with a reservation for 6:30 PM. Upon arrival, I was informed that my table was not ready and was directed to the bar area to wait. The bar area was quite cramped, with chairs placed so closely together that it was difficult to squeeze in comfortably. I ordered a drink while waiting, but unfortunately, no one ever came to update me on the status of my table. After waiting for approximately 30 minutes, my friend approached the host stand, only to find out that the table was been ready—but no one had come to notify us as promised. This lack of communication was frustrating and did not start the evening on a good note. Once we were finally seated, we were greeted by our server and placed our food order. Sadly, the quality of the food did not meet expectations. I ordered the beef short rib, which arrived a bit cold and was noticeably dry. We also ordered the red snapper, which lacked seasoning and was quite bland. For dessert, I had the crème brûlée, which also lacked flavor, and the cannoli served for the birthday guest tasted stale and unappetizing. Overall, the experience—from the initial seating delay to the food quality—was disappointing. I was hoping for a more enjoyable evening, but unfortunately, the service and food did not meet the standard I expected

Experience in the dining area with our service was outstanding. Our meal was delicious. Ambience was beautiful sitting outside. Only negative was the service in the bar area was a bit slow other then that everything was great!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening here! The outdoor covered patio was perfect for the beautiful evening and had a gorgeous view. We loved the appetizers especially the calamari, crinkle cut veggies on there were a nice addition. Chicken parm was great as well. And one of the best espresso martinis I've had. Great time!

Very disappointed in this visit to Carlucci's. Our server left our appetizer and bread plates and empty glasses on our table for our entire meal. We had to ask someone else for drink refills because although she saw our empty glasses, our server did not come over to ask if we needed refills. Food wasn't as good as last time, even though it was more pricey. Also, Salads should be offered with every entree and are not. Just a few complaints but enough to make us not want to or need to return.

We took our son for his birthday. The location was phenomenal. Gorgeous sunset. We had a drink at the bar first it was one of the best cosmos I've ever had. The food was delicious. Our table was perfect. It was so lovely experience all the way around. The Kalamar was excellent. I had the Seabass and the men had the bacon wrapped fillet. All of us agreed everything was excellent. Would definitely go back here.

It was very loud to have a conversation and we asked to move in the corner, they accompanied. After we moved we were able to have a conversation. The server did the best they could do, but it took forever to get our food orders and when the food arrived it was cold; then needed to be returned. The food portion size was small relative to the high prices.

Carlucci's was very good. The food was delicious and the atmosphere outside was beautiful as the sun set. I wish we knew the “cigar bar”/smoking area was near the seating. They had portable fans in the area attempting to keep the smoke from entering the indoor dining, but there were several times during dinner where you couldn't help but smell the smoke. Service was very good. We'd go again, but sacrifice the outdoor ambiance for the smoke free indoor seating.

Terrific experience. I said when I made the reservation it was our wedding anniversary and they made sure it was acknowledged and we even had a complimentary dessert! We were sat a a beautiful table by the water. The manger came over to say congratulations too! The only draw back was the live music. It was a bit too loud and the song choices seemed strange to me for the beautiful ambiance of the waterfront patio! Food was delicious, and beautifully presented!
