There was an unpleasant smell when we passed the bathroom area and the water view was fantastic. We're 5 mins away and we love going there for the view but every time there are flies we have to chase away repeatedly. The food was a bit expensive and it was just okay. We may not return to the restaurant.

Every time we are in town from Chicago we dine here. The food and staff are always wonderful. My sister-in-law is allergic to shellfish. We've all dined there several times before with no issues. However this time the smell of the shellfish got to her. The hostess, who had given us great seats inside the restaurant, was able to reseat us in the covered outdoor dining area near a window. That made all the difference and we were able to enjoy our meal. Thank you to the staff for being so accommodating!!

We ate traditional dining area; however, the sun was setting out the windows of the outdoor seating area. The food was delicious and served in a timely manner. My husband's favorite dish is the Seafood Cannelloni. This restaurant is always consistent for good service and delicious food.

Our waitress was great. She was very sweet, cheerful and made sure to serve us in a timely manner. The food was delicious, very flavorful! It is a very busy restaurant which makes it a little loud but the good food makes up for that. I loved that there was a guy playing guitar there too. We will definitely be going back.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Staff were very courteous and attentive and catered to every request perfectly. The food was simply amazing... Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will be returning very soon

I ordered prime rib and asked that it be prepared medium rare. It was so rare I couldn't eat it. When I later mentioned this to the server, when he noticed that it was virtually untouched, he asked why I didn't let him know. I didn't want to be rude and say: Because you disappeared for almost 30 minutes. Was I supposed to go find him? The charcuterie tray was superb and was the salvation of the meal for me. My husband, whose 71st. birthday we were celebrating, enjoyed his shrimp risotto (which was $42 compared to the $47 cost of my primr rib...really? Shrimp and rice?) Would we attend again? I don't know, but if we did, I would request a female server.

So I had the privilege of having my wedding at Carlucci’s and let me tell you I was not disappointed…it was an amazing venue everyone was so accommodating I was so nervous but they eased my mind and took care of so many aspects that I didn’t even know I needed to do 😆 the coordinators their where so great! Honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience you would not be disappointed having any event there they literally are AMAZING!!! And the food let’s talk about the FOOD!!!!! AHHHHHH if I could give my experience there a 1 million out of 10 I would because it was that amazing from start to finish ❤️❤️❤️

This place has long been a favorite of mine. Unfortunately, as with so many things these days, they are a bit more expensive than they used to be, and not as generous with the meals. But overall the food is good, the ambiance is great, and service is generally good.

I recently attended a birthday dinner at this restaurant with a reservation for 6:30 PM. Upon arrival, I was informed that my table was not ready and was directed to the bar area to wait. The bar area was quite cramped, with chairs placed so closely together that it was difficult to squeeze in comfortably. I ordered a drink while waiting, but unfortunately, no one ever came to update me on the status of my table. After waiting for approximately 30 minutes, my friend approached the host stand, only to find out that the table was been ready—but no one had come to notify us as promised. This lack of communication was frustrating and did not start the evening on a good note. Once we were finally seated, we were greeted by our server and placed our food order. Sadly, the quality of the food did not meet expectations. I ordered the beef short rib, which arrived a bit cold and was noticeably dry. We also ordered the red snapper, which lacked seasoning and was quite bland. For dessert, I had the crème brûlée, which also lacked flavor, and the cannoli served for the birthday guest tasted stale and unappetizing. Overall, the experience—from the initial seating delay to the food quality—was disappointing. I was hoping for a more enjoyable evening, but unfortunately, the service and food did not meet the standard I expected

Experience in the dining area with our service was outstanding. Our meal was delicious. Ambience was beautiful sitting outside. Only negative was the service in the bar area was a bit slow other then that everything was great!!
