Ordered food...waited 35mins for it to be prepared and recieved the text saying it's ready. No problem....good food takes time and before I continue the food was great. However I waited an additional 30 mins inside.

The smash burger was bland, almost no topping and cooked medium which I didn’t ask for. The Macdonald Big Mac is more flavorful than what I had. Very disappointed with Chilies as their quality has certainly gone down. The service wasn’t any better. Took forever for them to bring the chips and salsa and refills. I would probably never take the family there again.
The waitress did the best she could. She had tables & the bar. We had to wait 15 mins for appetizers, then 20 for entries. My order was incorrect & had to be sent back

The food was delicious and we got seated right away, but when our waitress came up to us and asked for a drink order, I looked on the menu, but I couldn't see anything and I asked her what no or low sugar items does she have besides Diet Coke and unsweetened iced tea. Because a lot of places have like a low sugar, lemonade and stuff like that. So sarcastically she goes well you can always just get water. I was very offended by that because I actually asked very nicely. She was awful. She's the reason I won't ever go back to that Chili's.

The hostess were rude and the service here was so slow. When the food came there was also a hair in it so I didn’t even eat it. We couldn’t even ask for a refund or anything because the service was so bad

Usually chilli's are good but this time the server was horrible. I took my wife and kids there for kids bday dinner. The server never cleared any of the dishes while we where eating we had 3 rounds of beverages and appetizers. No napkins, couldn't find the servers. Went to the front desk cause we couldn't find her to see if they could embarrass my son with the happy birthday song(we do it every restaurant we go to on someone birthday) then while we are waiting she comes over finally and say it in front of him instead of asking one of the adults or actually just gathering the people to sing it. Definitely ruined my taste for this place

Went to this chilis to eat with my family of 8 and they didn’t want to service us and they didn’t apologies. Never coming to this chilis. They weren’t even packed to begin with . She said they were short staffed but no apology for not being able to take us lady was rude about the whole citation.
The food and service were good. The room was too dark to read the menu, but it was clean. Overall, it was a good experience.

I arrived to have a late lunch, so it wasn't crowded. I was seated and the server came to take my order. I had a lunch special which consisted of a beverage, potato soup, a smashburger, and fries. The iced tea was possibly the best tea I've had in a restaurant. It tasted just the way that I make it with tea bags. The potato soup had bacon bits and a delicious flavor. The french fries were exceptional IMHO. But the big star was the smashburger. It was seasoned and cooked perfectly so that it was very juicy. I will definitely be returning. Bon appetit!
