I really wished I would have read the reviews BEFORE I tried it here, SMH. I have been to Chipotle in the past and was craving a chicken burrito. We decided to try the new Chipotle in Mt Luarel. The chicken burrito was so poorly put together. The staff needs to be re-trained on how to make a chicken burrito and above all keeping that place clean. It was so discusting inside my husband refused to eat anything. Every table was filthier than the next. The floor was a disgrace and the garbage was overflowing. What a shame to have absolutely no more standards but to slop it together and do the bare minimum. I blame it on the manager. I was so disappointed and my husband said not to make a scene, so I am writing my review to anyone who is smart enough to read reviews beforehand. JUST SAY NO to this Chipotle.🤢🤮and I won't even get into what I witnessed with gloves on behind the counter cutting meat. They should be fired!!
PS The soap dispencer is broken in the bathroom I used with the sink that continuously runs.

Bad service. Server with the eyebrow job is very rude. Won’t make eye contact and has poor interaction. When it comes to chipotle, it’s really the severs attitude that determines how your burrito will turn out. Once the burrito got passed on to the next server, it needed a double wrap (as always) 2nd server spilled 1/3 of the contents of my burrito, making a mess. Continues to wrap it as is, with loose contents inside of the foil. No apology, no refund, nothing. Consider other locations, it’s for the best.

Horrible service. Rude staff and very stingy with the portions. They barely put any meat and won’t even add a little extra without charging more. Ridiculous how unfriendly the staff is.

My husband and I went to chipotle for pick up. We ordered a quesadilla & bowl. I wanted a chicken & corn quesadilla and received a chicken quesadilla with corn on the side with the other spots empty. My husband asked for more corn on the side due to not having enough. The store charged him $1.60 for corn even though he hadn’t filled the two spots not knowing that from the online order info they’d be separate. I believe this is only this store - save your money and got to Nixon Dr or Cherry Hill where they haven’t charged me/us for a side before.

*you can’t even make the quesadilla on the line anywhere anymore due to it being online only so we can’t even ask for what he wants anymore. My husband used to work at this Chipotle 10 years ago where he got hurt and wrongfully fired. We got sides for years at this location, not sure why they started now. We won’t be returning.

First time in this location. I never knew rice could be hard in a bowl. Everything was cold and made my family not want to go back. Daughters kid meal was the saddest thing I have seen in a long time considering how little they put in the meal.

They butcher your burrito and charge you $.53 for a new tortilla. Strange practice… Also, the staff is horribly rude.

Had a worker go back and forth between talking to the people in the back and helping me. They did not have beans when I came in and when I got barely any carnitas the employee in a rude voice says “well do you want a double portion” when I only got half of a portion of meat.

The worker skimped out on everything after that so I got less value with that in combination of not having any beans. I would suggest taking your money elsewhere.

Poor service!!! This location charge for anything you put on the side if you don't want it on the bowl. The so call manager did not help training is needed!! POOR POOR POOR!!!! Don't even deserve a one star....

I was just at this location 12/29/24 at 6pm my kids went in to order and was told that they had to pay extra for sour cream and vinaigrette on the side. I went back inside and ask and was told the same thing I explained this is the first time we ever had pay extra for side and they would not give me the side without paying for it So I return both meal and went to the Cherry hill location order the same meal with side for no charge. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE The Mt.Laurel location is willing to lose out on two meal for a vinaigrette oh well I’ll go where my money is welcome I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION

Ensuring that utensils are properly sanitized and that the dining and kitchen areas are spotless would greatly enhance the overall experience.

With a little more attention to cleanliness and sanitation, Chipotle has the potential to not only excel in taste but also in customer confidence and satisfaction.
