This location is horrible. The customer service is a joke. They are always out of something that you order if it’s placed through the app. Notnsure why they can’t get it together at this location as it’s one of the newer ones

This will be my first review I’ve ever made and the service here is so bad, I am compelled to make one. Do not order a burrito here, the female working laughs about wrapping burritos terribly, half of it is squeezed out, and thinks it’s a joke. All the workers seem miserable and as many have stated before, the place and workers are unsanitary. Take the time and go to the chipotle up the street in centerton square, I’ll never be ordering from here again.

The place is trashed, like every table is dirty with food crumbs, or like they were wiped down with dirty water. The people working were okay, not very friendly but did their jobs, for lack there of a janitor. The food was just fair, the guy who wrapped it didn’t do it right and one side was open on my burrito, along with the tin foil not fully encasing it. I’d say to skip this place and choose somewhere else.

White girl making food was so rude. I told her a little dollop of sour cream. She put on a big blob. The 4 guys working on 9/5 at 6:40pm were nice. Same with the black girl. But this one employee needs to learn customer service. She was rude to me when I asked her to remove some. We dined in.

Will not come back here ever again, the manager gave me a hard time about my ten dollar bill she made it seem like it was counterfiet money and she didn't do the protocol .after I left I brought McDonald's with the same $10 dollar bill had no problems

Ordered from here for lunch today. Rich was extremely salty it was inedible. Tried contacting the store and its just an automated line. Absolutely disgusting

Also the filthiest chipotle I’ve seen. They spill more than they serve.

They don't put much meat in their food. They advertise 4 oz of meat but it's not. 4 oz. Is a quarter pound it's a scoop about the size of adults palm of hand. Now watch them make your burrito. They use a TINY little scooper that is definitely not a quarter pound. They are ripping you off but they get away with it because no one cares or even questions it.

Worst chipotle i have ever been to! They were cheap with portions, where not paying attention to anything. I said I was allergic to Guacamole and she put Guacamole all over my food! I told her I was allergic and didn’t ask for it and they were VERY rude and disrespectful about it! When I asked for more rice, I was giving attitude! The lady who handed me my food in the bag, tossed it at me and walked away! VERY VERY unprofessional!!!
