The food was disgusting, sloppy, and not even close to edible. Service was terrible from start to finish. Staff didn’t know how to wrap a burrito properly, looked like they had never been trained. It sounded like employees are yelled at instead of coached, and management clearly has no clue how to run a kitchen or treat staff with basic respect. You could hear orders being barked at workers like they were children, and the overall vibe was toxic and unprofessional. This is exactly the kind of place where people complain about bad service and poor food handling. Some locals online even joke that this location is one of the worst Chipotle’s in NJ and that management is chaotic.

I reordered 3 chicken tacos in driveway,I get home open it up... no damn tacos.... how do you make tacos without the taco shells? Had to drive back and get them to redo order....smdh.. Not going here again

Carne asada was dry and rock hard, nothing tasted fresh. The counter and store was a mess….. do not recommend in the evening.
First time going here after work bc it was close to my job I thought everything was okay looked decently clean I opened my bowl when I got home moved some lettuce around and there was bug in my bowl😕 I didn’t eat one bite of it so and was so sad because I spent over $20 I see this stuff online but didn’t think it would happen probably wouldn’t go here again I wasted my money.

If you or anyone you know may have any food allergies Chipotle may be a great fast food option. My son has many food allergies, egg, peanut, sesame, tree nuts and Chipotle is free from these food items which make the entire menu open for him to enjoy. Disclaimer: always present what food allergies need to be considered by your food preparer to cover the bases. For us, Chipotle is an easy go to when traveling or want to order fod without having to go down the list if allergies with the associate taking our order. Plus, Chipotle has been very consistent with their food quality which is a plus.
