Very disappointed! We ordered a custom ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday party. After waiting 10 minutes when I first arrived, for them to write the wording on the cake, they handed me the wrong cake. I waited another 25 minutes for them to frost the “correct cake” and was assured it was my cake. However, after cutting into this cake we quickly realized that it was not the correct cake. Wrong ice cream, no mix ins, or middle layer we custom ordered. We paid $95.95 for this disappointment! Please avoid this location if you can. Still waiting to hear from the owner that was supposed to reach out.

I’m not one to leave reviews. I ordered a birthday cake online a week prior. I drove 30 minutes to pick up the cake with my baby and toddler. I get there and there is no cake of mine to be found and they had no recollection of the order. I checked my confirmation email and had the right date, time, and location. Not to mention as soon as I walked in the store, it looked unclean and unkept. Also, the cake I ordered was the 8x12 rectangle and it came to $90! They did refund me and I turned around and ordered the same cake from Sewell location for the next day for $57! That store is friendly and clean. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache and order from Sewell.

**STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE** GO TO COLD STONE IN SEWELL! Paid for birthday cake ahead of time. Upon arrival, I showed store rep my paid receipt. They could not find my order or cake. The store is disgusting and I'm calling local health department next.

Bad customer service. Only one person inside making scream for several customers. I felt bad for her. Another lady was there but she stayed in the back and gave no help what so ever! No reason customers should wait 30 minutes to get served. Trifling
Terrible customer service, waited in line for 20 minutes with no acknowledgment for the long wait. Even when I was next in all 4 workers didn’t say anything to me , literally made ice cream without apologizing. Had to walk out. I can’t even blame the young generation for this behavior, them workers are rude and don’t know how to do a simple job .

Came in and the line was long. They had 8 workers making ice cream...I was waiting in line like all the customers and they (2 workers) had skipped over me and served the gentleman behind me who had like 3 orders while I only need one. There's one customer in front of me who had 3 workers helping her for her 3 orders. Come here if you want to be overlooked for not looking the part.

Stopped in with 4 of my girls on a Friday shortly after opening. The place is dank, dreary and unclean. There was an empty dirty freezer/case that looked like it likely remained empty (why not just get rid of it?) and another sparsely stocked freezer (I imagine they are likely required to have at least a few to-go items). The 2 older ladies that were working there were in plain clothes (no CS aprons/identification) and while kind, were not overly-friendly and didn’t offer samples when we commented on sampling new specialty flavors. I ordered my usual (from other CSCs) - sweet cream with fresh strawberries and white chocolate chip mix-ins, in a waffle cone. 9 bones for a small amount of ice cream with maybe 2 bites of strawberries, but a decent amount of white chips in a very thin waffle cone (so thin that it leaked) placed in a snow-cone paper/wrapper. Again, we arrived maybe 30 mins after opening, but the chairs were still propped up on the tables from the prior closing, so I had to unstack chairs while balancing my spendy cone. Ice cream time should be a happy time - unfortunately, I didn’t feel that vibe here — I won’t be back.

I don’t leave reviews ever but this place was my first impresión for cold stone genuinely upset with this cold stone i can’t believe i work in the service Industry but I asked for a clarification on an order and what i got a snarky comment from the worker and when I told her no need to be rude and she replied i’m not being rude there was no need to argue back she could’ve simple apologzied and gone on with her day. She acting like im forcing her to work there you choose to work there not me absolutely disappointed with the Customer service her the red hair girl who made are ice creams you were sweet compared to her i hope that people actually read reviews unlike my mistake of not reading them 🤦🏽♀️
