I ordered a cake online for a baby shower, picked it up today, and it had no decorations at all. I expected at least a topping, and when I mentioned it to the staff, they were rude. I had to call the manager, and another employee added a topping, but spilled it all over the cake. I’ve worked at Cold Stone before, and I never expected this. I paid $45 for the cake, and they completely ruined it. Very disappointed and won’t be returning.

Go somewhere else for ice cream! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I came in 7 minutes before closing and before I even got through the door a worker said “what do you need?” I responded by saying “well since your open sign is on and you just served a group of customers I would like ice cream.” The worker responded with such an attitude that it made us feel so uncomfortable that we left. Management should teach their staff how to interact with customers or else there won’t be anymore customers to serve.

Soon as you walk in the employee seem to have an attitude. We stood at the counter for a couple mins before she even acknowledged us. She didn't seem to even want to hear anything. We had to say excuse me multiple times before she said anything or answered any questions. She didn't crack not one smile. Poor costumer service!! I'll never return again.
Horrible horrible. They served me soup instead of ice cream. Apparently they made my order and just left it out to melt. I will never ever order from them again. They must all be brain dead.

Update 4/2024. This year (2024) we went back few times, not sure if they are under new management, but the staff was very friendly each time, the lines were huge, but the service and the order prep improved, definitely changed for the better in the past two years.
Their Love It size became more of a Like It and today the marshmallows in the ice cream my kid got were hard as rock, obviously stale. Also we went over about two weeks ago at 2:20pm as their site showed they open at 2:00, yet doors were locked with employees inside. I called in to ask thought they forgot to unlock the door, but the lady said they’ll open later maybe in half hour… really? Needless to say we will no longer visit this location

Normally this is our go-to Cold Stone but this last visit left a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended). As often as we visit, I did not expect what occurred, considering it's literally ice cream and this could have been avoided with better customer service from the owner.Due to the lack of locations I drive 20 minutes to get to this Cold Stone. Last night I made the trip to grab the wife and I ice cream. Get there and they're busy as always. I place my order and wish I had babysat the girl making it better. Needless to say, I order two peanut butter cup perfections. One of them being completely normal, the second being banana and chocolate ice cream. Nothing too complex. Girl tosses them in a bag, I pay, and I'm on my way home. 20 mins later I open the bag to see one being the wrong size. The other ONLY having banana and chocolate ice cream. No fixings.We call the store and at this time they're closing. Speak to one of the employees who tells us we will have to call back today but to give his name. Instead of calling, we went to the store with intent to get ice cream again and deal with this issue. The one employee there seemed interested to help us and called the owner. The other employee kept telling us that they can't just hand out ice cream to people. Scammers and all this. It's ice cream ffs. Then tells us what the guy from the night before shouldn't have been telling us, etc. Asking us if we have pictures of the ice cream etc.The helpful one comes back to us after talking with the owner and explaining the situation saying the owner wanted proof of the ice cream if we had it, etc. Seriously? It's ICE CREAM. I don't drive 20 mins out of my way to scam a freaking Cold Stone out of 5 dollars worth of ice cream. Needless to say, Rita's, Holiday, and Vincent's can have my business.

i always lived their founder's favorite but today when i ordered a large one they prepared less and just added sweetcream on the top of tub. it feels like eating milk with sugar.
