Update 4/2024. This year (2024) we went back few times, not sure if they are under new management, but the staff was very friendly each time, the lines were huge, but the service and the order prep improved, definitely changed for the better in the past two years.

Their Love It size became more of a Like It and today the marshmallows in the ice cream my kid got were hard as rock, obviously stale. Also we went over about two weeks ago at 2:20pm as their site...

Great ice cream, came here about 2 months ago and found 2 people working. 1 on the line and 1 doing DoorDash. Line was out the door, props to the guy working the line and the lady doing DoorDash orders was miserable and slow. Went again today and same thing with different employees. Great line worker, terrible DoorDash worker. This time the lady was visibly rude and giving everyone who walked in a dirty look. I assume the manager just doesn’t understand how to hire more people?...
