I had no issue getting a reservation. The staff greeted us warmly. The waitress was great. She had a pleasant and funny demeaner and you could tell that she's been doing this for a while and was good with our back and forth banter. The menu was great. We started off with Long Hots, but they weren't. You either get a good batch or a bad batch (meaning Hot or Not) These were tasty, but had no heat. The Escarole and Bean soup left a lot to be desired, was primarily tasteless. The Ceasar Salad definately made up for the soup., The salad was fresh, crisp and the dressing was perfect. I had the veal (Requested Long Hots be added, which they did) but again, No Heat. The veal was tender and it was a good proportion and tasty. I forgot to ask for cappaleni and wound up with spagetthi, but it was done to perfection. My wife had the Eggplant Rollatini and it was great also. Overall, it was a good experience and I will definately be going back.

I wish I could be more positive about this visit, as I have had dinner here in the past and loved it, so I recommended it for lunch this week with a couple of friends. Bad decision.

We were the only party in the place, but our server was MIA most of the time. We could see her on her phone.

One of my friends was limited for time and hoped for a dish that would be quick. So she ordered a cheesesteak with provolone instead of American cheese, and was told at first that American cheese was the only option, but in the end, she was allowed to substitute. Her cheesesteak arrived on a roll that was so cold it appeared to have been frozen.

I wanted veal, which is on the dinner menu, but not lunch, because at my previous meals there it was so good. I was able to get a lunch portion. This time it was awful, very dry, almost burnt around the edges, and tasted freezer burned. The broccoli rabe was so tough that I could barely cut through it.

I don't know why this whole lunch experience was so bad compared to the dinners I'd had there.

I might give Cucina Carini a try for dinner again some day, though definitely not for lunch. However, I doubt my friends will ever be back.

Fettuccine Alfredo came out like milk and had no flavor. I think they knew it and came out with it like that anyway. Had to send it back it was so bad.

I will definitely go back. Excellent food and service!

I ordered Gnocchi Marinara, it was the best I have ever had. We had a party of 6 and everything was just great.

We always have a great experience at Cucina Carini. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and eager to make sure you enjoy your meal. The food is wonderful. The Eggplant Rollantini was great!

We had a wonderful experience at Cucina Carini! From start to finish, everything was exceptional—the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place for a relaxing meal. Our waitress, Gigi, truly went above and beyond. She was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and had such a friendly, genuine personality that made us feel right at home. Her service really made our night special. Highly recommend this restaurant and be sure to ask for Gigi!

Gigi our waitress didn't give a hoot about her service. We ordered sodas and after watching her standing around with her arms crossed looking over the dining room I finally had to flag her over and she was like “ok I”ll get them”. What sort of response is that, maybe oh sorry would have been appropriate. Took over 30 minutes for the soup and salad that came with the meal to be delivered. We had to ask another waitress for them. We watched a party came in after us and received their salads and they were done before before we even received ours. Waitress came over and said it was because the appetizer took so long. No sorry! Appetizer was 3 meatballs with sauce no cheese how long does that take prepare. Food was not good. Marsala sauce was thin and watery, roasted red peppers tasted out of a jar, not home made. I do not recommend, save your money!

It was our first time there. Everything that was recommended was nothing to write home about. I was supposed to get a salad with my dinner and never got it. So after we asked for it the waitress gave it to me to go because at that point my dinner came out. It was like we were the forgotten table. She apologized and said sorry it's busy. To us honestly it didn't look that busy. Definitely not looking to go back to this place!

Wonderful experience. The rolls are amazing. Mozzarella sticks and calamari were cooked to perfection. Chicken parmigiana was stupendous. Cannot go wrong with any of the deserts.

Our server was kind and knowledgeable. I tried the pasta special and it was amazing! We brought home the peanut butter blast for desert and it was warm and delightful!

So glad we came back after so many years. The food was outstanding and much improved. Our server was great. We will return. The only downside was the noise. Not only from guests but the constant movement of the chairs by the staff. Very annoying.

The experience was well timed . The food was served hot and delicious. Each quest (4) enjoyed their dish. The pace of service was spot on. The only slightly negative was the noise level. It could use some acoustic noise dampening to soften the harshness.

The food and service were excellent as always. I appreciate that they make a modification to my entree selection.
