I had no issue getting a reservation. The staff greeted us warmly. The waitress was great. She had a pleasant and funny demeaner and you could tell that she's been doing this for a while and was good with our back and forth banter. The menu was great. We started off with Long Hots, but they weren't. You either get a good batch or a bad batch (meaning Hot or Not) These were tasty, but had no heat. The Escarole and Bean soup left a lot to be desired, was primarily tasteless....

We always have a great experience at Cucina Carini. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and eager to make sure you enjoy your meal. The food is wonderful. The Eggplant Rollantini was great!
