I come quiet often, and it's came to a point they know my name at the drive thru. 🤣 Small things like that makes my morning. My morning ritual is nothing without this location.

This location is great if you come when the right people are working. I stopped at 6:30 pm and they don’t close until 8. We had no issue waiting at the drive through for someone to be available and we placed our order. We came to the window and paid and received two of our drinks. No straw and no third drink. We waited at the window for the worker to come back, we even had someone behind us waiting for their order to be taken. When he finally looked over at the window we waved for him and he told us to drive around. We had to drive around and go in for our third drink that we order and paid for at the drive through window just because he refused to finish our service at the window. Made no sense. The person behind us also never got their order taken and they wound up having to park and go in. It was not busy inside, there were no customers when he was making our order. No reason for him to ignore us. I’ve been here many times during the morning and the staff is always attentive.

Please pay attention to this complaint this is a nice location friendly staff but men, I stop there every morning and I order my bagel and last time I even told the lady that I wanted very toasted and she say the thing does it automatically so bagel come all sague with not enough cream cheese so I decide to change and I ordered me a croissant guess what Even worse not even hot ta so bad that I tasted the cold cheese I didn't eat it . So please whoever is the manager please fix those toasters so we pay for what we like

I visited this Dunkin donuts today on my way to work around 7:30 rush hour. On July 2nd the drive-thru was packed. The inside was not as bad, although there was a lot of activity going on. The place is very clean. The workers are very efficient and they get you in and out and if there's any type of hold up they explain it to you and they are extremely courteous. Love going to this place will continue to go to this place. It is now my official Dunkin donuts LOL

The only Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to that never has donuts. Seems like they are stingy on having inventory. It’s not even like donuts are baked at any of them, but this place can’t be bothered to stock up.

Said they couldn't see my mobile order in the system and gave me a hard time even though I had a receipt with the address time and date and order number in the app. Kept refusing to give me my order.. like I would try to scam a cup of coffee. Had to argue for 15 mins to get my drink. Very rude.
