I visited this Dunkin donuts today on my way to work around 7:30 rush hour. On July 2nd the drive-thru was packed. The inside was not as bad, although there was a lot of activity going on. The place is very clean. The workers are very efficient and they get you in and out and if there's any type of hold up they explain it to you and they are extremely courteous. Love going to this place will continue to go to this place. It is now my official Dunkin donuts LOL

Said they couldn't see my mobile order in the system and gave me a hard time even though I had a receipt with the address time and date and order number in the app. Kept refusing to give me my order.. like I would try to scam a cup of coffee. Had to argue for 15 mins to get my drink. Very rude.

Service is awful. If you are dasher they don’t see you. No respect to your time. So many times I had to cancel the order.Another weird thing is that if you're a dasher, they don't even respond to your greeting. They start with what the name of the customer is. We are almost like animals. They think we don’t deserve respect. It's actually the managers fault.

Every morning I stop by the drive thru to grab a coffee and sometimes a breakfast sandwich or donuts. The service is great, the morning staff is friendly and they are fast to get the order out and keep the line moving. Coffee’s good, hot breakfast is good and the donuts of course are delicious!
