Just visited as a stop over driving from New York! The male employee in the front was super helpful and respectful! He went out of his way to go above and beyond. Amazing asset to your Dunkin team!

Great location, but poor menu. Did not enjoy the ambience either and did not feel like a nice spot to hangout with friends or family.

I went there to get some donuts when i look there donut there is fly on the donut and i said him there is flies on the donut and he reply me ya it is. When i ask him what you mean he said i can’t do anything about that. I said yes you have to do something about it. I ask his name he don’t give it to me i just left from there just take my coffee. Be careful guys there not hygienic and worker not friendly there so rude

I’m a regular at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff is always so friendly… I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area!
Whether my Mom and I go to the Drive-Thru together or individually, we ALWAYS have a positive experience at this Dunkin location (at corner of Briggs Rd. and Rt. 38 in Mount Laurel, across from Ruby Tuesday and Dearborn Circle shopping center)! Most of the staff are very friendly, and they are always very accommodating and efficient. I have worked in customer-facing roles in various industries for over 10 years, so I know exceptional vs. poor service, and overall, the staff at this Dunkin provide consistently great service! (Side note, they landscape the grounds beautifully!)

I only go for coffee and it’s only if Ava is there. Other than that nothing is ever made right. I wish I knew her schedule because I wouldn’t waste my time going unless she’s there, Because I know 100% my order is going to be right and hit the spot.

Avoid this Dunkin' Donuts if you're in a rush. Today, I stopped in around 2:00 p.m. on a Wednesday, and there was only one person in front of me. Despite the customer's seemingly simple order, it took forever. When it was my turn to pick up my order, which I had placed via the app well in advance, I found that they were just starting to make my iced coffee and grab my Boston cream. To make matters worse, the staff then huddled over a phone conversation, resting their hands over my drink and making me wait even longer. Clearly, customers do not come first here.

I usually go through the Drive-thru because their beautiful landscaping alone is worth the trip. The staff is always friendly and expedient with my order. It's one of my favorite DD places.

I don’t like this store. Staff is rude and more often than not, there is a problem. I usually place my order on the App, so one would think they’d get it right. Right? Wrong. I had a friend pick up an order and they claimed there was only one coffee ordered. By the time I texted the receipt, she left for the Marne Hwy store because they told her to get out of line and come in. This is the 3rd time this has happened; 2times to me, 1time to my brother.I called customer service 800#, looking it up online because the man on the phone didn’t have it. CS would not credit, nor give me even a free coffee on my account. They told me to speak to the owner. I did, he told me to come in for a “free” coffee. Normally, that wouldn’t be a problem, but I’m disabled and can’t drive. I told the owner this, he said to send someone in. No one wants to go there anymore, and I dont want to give them any business. I’ll continue to go to the store at Marne and Ark. I’ve never had a problem there.

the staff is always friendly and has my order ready when i need it!
Ordered breakfast this morning to take to work. I open my food and my bacon is literally all burnt to a crisp! Horrible flavor! If you know you burned all the bacon why still give it to a customer!? Also my bagel doesn’t have much butter for paying for extra butter on it. I think I always have issues with this location even thought it’s newer. Do better!
